I thought I would start a Journal since my first attempt at Akins was very positive with a daily entry.Well I Have been going for a Few Days but to make things a Little better I will start today as day one......
So Far my intake for the day has been
2 Hamburgers with cheese and bacon
    1/2 liter water.
My husband is doing this with me which make it so much harder. Unlike me he think aloud alot and says the fobidden words that I try not to make refrence to, Chinese food My weekness.
    Well I am 69 kilos-151 pounds
I am 5'9 and have alway been between 130-137.
Being that my thighs have exploded into two hamhocks I intend to try to maintain my body as well as wieght.
I attend aerobics 3 times per week and do housework since i leave on this farmland called germany I have to drive everywhere so that might be the reason for my wieght gain compared to when I lived in Boston.

I think that Atkins is Perfect for me since most of my meals consisted of sauces potatoes and pasta and I frequently ate chocolate for no apparent reason.

    So here I go!!!!!
    Day1

    Day 2
I had a great day yesterday i ate more food than I normally do on a typical day but I was able to stay in my 20gram carbs window.I only bad thing is that I had no veggies so I will make up for it today.
We had a snow storm today and I am still procrastinating to go pick up some salad.
I found the perfect meal gyros turkey meat premade and cooked I just have to heat it in a skillet or microwave it only has 4 grams of carbs Per meal and I am loving it.
Well here I go on to day 2

i am eating as left overs as I sit in front of my computer. I am noticing my appetite is starting to surpress as well as I am waking up earlier that is my sign that i am starting to burn fat since thats what happend the last time. I have a non-functional scale her so i really dont know how much I way i guess i need to invest in a new one.

Wow my goal is looking really close.

    Day 6
I am havong trouble sleeping throughout the night so I am not happy about that but on the other hand, I am not tired so it works for me. Yesterday I didnt eat much
For Brunch I had chopped up tukey type bolonga 100grms with 100 grams of cheese on toothpicks,I really wasnt that hungry then for dinner i made pizza of some sort i fried a few eggs in a large pan into a round flat shape then i put some mushrooms,cheese,100grams of salami and lachs schinken and then a little more cheese on a pan in the oven and walla i had a pizza i attemped to put the eggs under the chesse and meat but being that eggs arent one of my favorite foods at the moment i tossed it and just ate the mushrooms with the chees and meat topping . It was great being the topping on th pizza is what i usually like to eat anyways.I drank my water also.My husband who thinks he's on atkins ate a few chocolate truffles i had next to my bed to build up will power and tried to get me to eat some NO! was my reply along with I dont eat that stuff anymore. It felt good Might I add. So onto day 6

    Day 7
It's Been a week and I am still going strong last night I had a slight slip up my husband who is suppose to do this with me went and purchase chicken nuggets at Mc Donalds I had made deviled eggs and was not hungry but as usual he said just eat one it wont hurt you i cant eat them all alone. He had a 20 pc I said no again then he said just a couple at that time i took one out and peeled the skin off and ate it without the sauce for anyone who never did this dont so it.It was the most nasty taste ever taste like wet tissue. So I told him after one more attempt to eat one ,I dont eat that stuff any more. I felt better as I chugged down some water.
I notice I dont track what I eat in weight on the weekends but its far more less than the week days.
Yesterday I ate about 100grams of turkey bolonga,100grms of chees and 100grams of turkey salami and about 6 eggs I didnt eat any veggies but i will make up for it today.
So I woke up early today and decided to try a couple pair of pant i have in the closet that never fit when i purchsed then about 2 years ago when I imagined myself still a size 6 now the good news is they got over my butt where they use to stop and i had to play squeeze and shove the butt in the pants. They fit tight but they button up now. I am so happy,I figured these pants will be my scale for the weekends.I also signed up for a personal challenge to lose these thick hip fat that pokes above my pants and I think I might get rid of it before summer let me cross my fingers.
So I decided I have this 20 minute pilates abs workout that i use to do for about one week at a time every month. Well I am going to start to do it every morning as I wake up ,also I am going to start running,i had to run almost every morning in the army and not for myself so now i will start to run at least 1x per week and continue with my 3x per week aerobics class.I am getting so anxious i cant wait until summer. This time around I am feeling like I wont fall off this time.Oh yeah my husband grandmother invited us over on saturday to eat and all her meals are typical german food spatzle which is a kind of noodle.schnitzel with sauce and she always make us ice cream with hot berries.I wont even be out of induction yet.So I figured I will eat salad and the schnitzel with as little amount of sauce possible just not to be rude then I will go for a third week of induction.I am going to see if my husband can talk her into making a turkey that way i dont have to have sauce on my food being that all the other meats are prepared in sauces. This is going to be a hard one.
    On to day 7

I went to the supermarket this ´morning and purchsed so much for only 52 Euros I was very happy about that. I purchased some smoke salmon slices which are very popular here in Germany. My mother-inlaw alway has this stuff and tries to get me to eat it but i am not a fan of raw food. then they told me it was cooked to i ventured out today and purchased my own. I guess i should not have took her word for it being her english is not good because that stuff is 100 percent raw. I almost gaged trying to eat a slice so now I am trying to make a creation buy frying the slices with garlic butter and what ever else i decided just need to share this.
    Back to cooking!

    Day 8
I defintely did not drink enough water yesterday and I could feel it when I woke up this morning. Other than that I had a good day.
I ate salmon and fresh mushrooms cooked in galrlic butter.
I also ate this frozen frozen fish combo;fish filet with broccoli and cheese on the top very tasty and not alot of carbs.
Then for dinner I ate some spinich with chicken breast fried in olive oil.
It was a good day for eating I must say.
I also did my 20 Minute Pilates abs workout in the morning and in the evening i went to Step aerobic.Since I addicted to the scale in the morning I wieghted myself and the scale red 67K so if it stay like that for 2 more days i will change my sig.
    Well off to day 8

So today I have not taken in much carbs maybe 6 grams so I decided for dinner to use califlower to get some good carbs in. So i made the most delicious mash potatoes out of it I used a famagio cheese mix that has 7grms of carbs per 100grams and will only eat half so its not that bad it tasted like gourmet food. I am loving finding all these new recepies.Drank 4,5 liter of water for the day will drink a little more since the sauce had alot of salt.

    Day 9
Well I am feeling better not tired at all and highly motivated. I am noticing the weight from the areas I never had weight before disappear. Yesterday I did my pilates 20 minute admoninal workout and I felt good. I am trying to do Pilates everyday since 20 mins is not that long. Today is a aerobic day abs, thighs and buns day to be exact its 1 1/2 hours long so hopefully I get a lot out of it usually I get cranky after the class being that i dont think the teacher likes me for some reason. She is not too motivating herself being that she doesnt look like a aerobics teacher usually the teacher has the best body in the class to give the students a goal to go after ... not in this case but as long as i reap my benifits i dont care. Well I am going to make some breakfast salmon slices fried in garlic butter and fresh mushrooms sauted in garlic butter and maybe a small salad.I didnt get an accurate weight today since as soon as i woke up i drank water. I have to remember tomorrow.
    Off to day 9
