| cal - 1474 carb - 56 prot - 102 b - m.cereal (I love this) s - broccoli salad, curves shake l - 10 large shrimp, curry sauce s - 3 triscuits, adkins shake d - cottage cheese, berries s - broccoli salad (1/2 serv) I've been trying to get my calories up - just been keeping them too low (along with trying to keep the carbs low). I think that may be the cause for my stall/very slow losses lately. so, taking them up - and I lost 3 lbs this week (per Curves scale!) Will stick to this for next week (and beyond) - and see what happens.

| cal = 1652 carb = 52 net carb = 38 protein = 123 have been reporting full carbs, per Curves plan - but also including 'free' foods which I shouldn't. going to report both. also managed to get the calorie count up, but is this too high? won't know for a day or two - but I did increase the workout intensity, so probably ok. b - 2 eggs,3 bacon, 1 slice lc toast s - curves shake, apple crisp (shouldn't have, but was ravenous) l - chipped beef rollups, broccoli salad s - curves shake, 2 slices swiss cheese d - shrimp, curry dip s - 1/4 cup lc ice cream went for mammagram today, wasn't too bad. Old age and saggy boobs sometimes can be a benefit worked REAL HARD at curves. really intensified it. will do again Friday, tomorrow at Curves won't work quite so hard. But still going. Finally seeing a podiatrist about my foot (nasty bunion) Friday. The ankle is worrying me too. Maybe he can give me an opinion as to whether to see the orthopedist or not. Ankle has plate and 5 screws in in from accident, and noticed this morning that the ankle bone 'feels' weird. Almost like something is sticking out - screw? bone? spur? not sure, but it is tender to touch too. D*mn, getting old is hard.

| cool. I haven't had a mock danish for a long time - don't know why I get away from the things I like and don't go back. Gonna have to have one tomorrow. In your signature (at top, User CP, Edit Signature), you can add little graphics - it should show you a selection. in Messages, you need to go into Advanced reply to get the selection box. I think we can have up to 5 now. :cook:

| cal = 1552 carb = 55 net carb = 44 protein = 143 b - maggies cereal/sf syrup s - curves shake l - McD Go Active - grilled chicken caesar salad s - 1 oz almonds, 2 oz cheese d - chicken breast, green beans, cole slaw s - 1/4 c carb smart ice cream was a decent day food wise. not too bad, hit the 1500 cal. protein is too high, but better than carbs I guess. didn't manage exercise today, neck still hurts. pulled something this morning - time for another heat patch on it.

It shouldn't be this hard, right? and made it to Curves this morning. planning to go tomorrow morning.

| cal = 1721 carb = 67 prot = 111 net carb = 46 b - 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/2 c strawberries, 1 splenda s - curves shake, 1/4 c. lc icecream l - 7 shrimp, 1tbs cocktail sauce s - adkins apple crisp, 1 oz almonds d - country spinach salad/ranch dressing s - celery/cream cheese boy, did I make a mistake on the Bob Evans salad before. I had gone to their nutrition site and found the numbers for the salad. didn't realize the standard dressing (hot bacon) was listed down below. SHEESH!!! Shoulda figured it was too good to be true. 35 carbs for the dressing. Was getting one a week - wont do that anymore. so, got ranch this time. It just isn't the same. Will be cheaper and better for me just to stick with McD salads from now on when I need one. Live and learn. Tomorrow is moving day, for DD stuff. had a good exercise day. Rode the bike to Curves, did the workout, rode it home. very proud of myself.

| cal = 1319 carb = 46 prot = 98 net carb = 34 b - m cereal s - 3 oz cheese l - 3 egg, 3 bacon, 2 sl lc toast d - bacon ranch salad s - atkins shake weird day. Moved DD furniture down (3 hr drive each way) & she didn't want us to stay. She had too much to do. Yeah, like we don't, but took a whole day on the road to get it to her. ungrateful thing, but I brought her up so half to take some of the blame. We did meet her boyfriend, and were all quite nice. But I could tell she didn't want us hanging around. Oh Well. Late, late dinner, and I needed to add in carbs/cals so hit the Atkins products. You gotta do what ya gotta do. stupid McD's gave me crispy chicken instead of grilled, so ended up giving chicken to the dog. Wasn't real hungry anyhow.

| cal = 1758 carb = 48 prot = 148 net carb = 46 b - m cereal s - curves shake l - tuna/sandwich spread (5 butter mints) s - celery / cream cheese d - steak / salad s - not a high fiber/veggie day, but did what I could. butter mints not a good choice, but not the worst either. I wanted them, had 5 from the package and destroyed the rest. weigh day tomorrow. thats it for now.

| At 200.5 this morning. was going to take a bike ride, then it was raining so blew it off - but then it stopped. A little cool, but did the rid anyhow. 2 miles - only 15 minutes - I can afford that time in the morning. so, as long as it's not raining (or snowing) - I plan to do that every morning. Kept thinking I had to get up so early, but it didn't take long and who says I have to be in the office at 7 in the morning. no one is looking for me until 8 anyhow. so, did my 2 mile ride (drugstore and back - exactly) - going to curves. I will get into the 100s by the end of the week!!!!! I will, I will.

| Stupid, stupid @#&*$^(@#*&$ scale. Curves scale said 204.5, which is only 1/2 #, but my nice home scale said I lost 1 #, and am on the cusp of the 199s. just irritating. But I've used my scale since I started, and that is the only one that counts.
