well yesterday was my BAD! day.. i cheated beacuse i was upset at a gain back. when after i cheated i realized all that was going to do is make it worse i dried my tears and set forth makeing sure to do better.. now im watching my cheese consumtion, not even eating low car bread
lastnight dinner -big helping of broccli & cauliflower(steamed) 1 grilled chicken breast
BIG BIG hand full of celery cut up w/ 1tbsp sour cream, drank 33 oz of water w/ dinner
breakfest i had 2 eggs 1 piece of sausage -went to work and for a snack had some bacon (bettern than grabbing a french fry-
lunch today i had a salad consisting of lettuce
2 slices cucumeber 1tbsp shredded cheese 1 hardboild egg and steak topped w/ ranch dressing
unsure of dinner tonight.. i did not eat all of my salad for lunch .. brought it home w/ me .. so maby some fish for dinner and salad..
i didnt work out yet today.. gave my self 24hrs off... im going tonight to weigh in... and have my body fat index thing done.im compareing to last year at this time.. heck any improvement will be good..
ps buying prego test.. (2months latei dont need that added stress right now.. hopefully its just due to change in diet
wish me luck as for im basicly restarting after almost 1 month of not realy knowing what i was doing .. just trying to read lables..
