    well yesterday was my BAD! day.. i cheated beacuse i was upset at a gain back. when after i cheated i realized all that was going to do is make it worse i dried my tears and set forth makeing sure to do better.. now im watching my cheese consumtion, not even eating low car bread

    lastnight dinner -big helping of broccli & cauliflower(steamed) 1 grilled chicken breast
    BIG BIG hand full of celery cut up w/ 1tbsp sour cream, drank 33 oz of water w/ dinner

    breakfest i had 2 eggs 1 piece of sausage -went to work and for a snack had some bacon (bettern than grabbing a french fry-

    lunch today i had a salad consisting of lettuce
    2 slices cucumeber 1tbsp shredded cheese 1 hardboild egg and steak topped w/ ranch dressing

    unsure of dinner tonight.. i did not eat all of my salad for lunch .. brought it home w/ me .. so maby some fish for dinner and salad..

    i didnt work out yet today.. gave my self 24hrs off... im going tonight to weigh in... and have my body fat index thing done.im compareing to last year at this time.. heck any improvement will be good..
    ps buying prego test.. (2months late i dont need that added stress right now.. hopefully its just due to change in diet

    wish me luck as for im basicly restarting after almost 1 month of not realy knowing what i was doing .. just trying to read lables..

    Well this day ended up to be a much better day than yesterday. come to find out the scale i was weighing my self on at the gym is broke.. was weighing 5lb heavy for the past week... had my body fat index done... last year it was 33.5
    today it is 31.5 % WOOOHOOO

    I lost 5lbs since they weighed me on charts wich pretty much was what i weighed 1-1-04
    o cam deal w/ dropping my weight5lbs and my body fat index 2 points.

    for dinner we ended up going out.. the resturant was a bad experiance w/ both of my the kids w/ the french fries they want ect. and the kids sitting near us being anoying ..anyway.. i orderd a burger from the menue and salad bar .. burger came w/ mushrooms onions and peppers.. and cheese. my husband said not to get it w/ out the bread he would eat it.. well it came and the cheese was stuck to bread so i didnt eat my cheese.. anyway.. had a salad w/ black olives pepper rings 1spoon of hard boild egg green peppers and one spoon of cheese, the salad was baby greens and mesclin (spelling)i had 2 spoons of clam chowder.. (bad me) but it didnt even taste that good after all.. and i felt yuckie after eating them... (in my head)

    i love this way of life..
    tommrow another day and i will do better...

    drank a total of 105oz of water.. and been peeing like crazy!

    well my dizzyness contiues. i will be calling dr today, my apitite has gone way down since it started... helps w/ portion controle but i know im not eating enough. slacked on my journeling this weeknd due to being sick. cheated very little.. everything will have to go back to streight and narrow when i see the dr if he says its okay. i did pass up mac N cheese at my parents sunday lunch, (i swear my dad was trying to break me) their menu consist of stuff chick breast fruit salad baked mac n cheese or mac salad and green beans.. (i made califlower soup) i didnt eat anything i shouldnt have, my plate looked naked,, took stuffing off chicken and ate just green beans and my soup...

    being sick helped keep me out of stuff. what i had filled me up.. and i didnt have to do seconds on veggies i was FULL.

    weather is crappy dont know how many days it will be till i can get to the gym. 10 inches of snow, sleet and freezing rain to start today.
    maby it will let up and i can go to aerobics tonight.

    probly wont make it to dr today due to weather but i will be calling

    243-(bfi)-31.5 weighing in on the 3rd even though its daya fter birthday

    Well i have been doing crummy on the journaling but everything else has been pretty goood
    i weighed in thursday the 12th i am now at 126
    WOOHHOOO
    I think im going to sorta hang around this zone of 20-25..
    tho today i couldnt think about eggs or anything for breakfest and my kids wanted oatmeal... looked so good... i had 1serving took up my daily carbs tho.. but it wasnt the instant kinda it was oldfashion rolled st at least it wasnt excessive processed food...
    ohh well tommrow is another day hopefully ill stay on track anyway..

    Well another week has gone by a few more pounds have gone... maby they came back.. who knows...

    I have realy let my self go. blah things will get back on the right track and i will feel better... wont weigh in till wednesday.

    well i weighed in today... even tho i told myself i would just waite till the 1st of march.... now im wishing i would have waited...
    i GAINED 6 LBS.. i seriously had to pull my self together befor i walked out of the office at the gym beacuse i was rdy to start crying
    when i came out everyone was like "well???" beacuse i had done so good during induction..
    i think i need to watch the replacement things im useing... the low carb breads and no more bars for the next week.. hrmm the gain also came after i started eating those dannon low carb yougarts and drinking LC milk... i dont know what to stop... it could also be that my water consumtion is down some due to this cold... grr... ohh well tommrow is another day.. who knows i will weigh in just out of curiousty..but i wont let it bother me if it is the same.. if its much higher i will ...

    been doing good today.. only had 1 slice of LC bread.. and 1 bite of a LC bar beacuse as i was walking out the door it fell out of my hand.. hrmm nature is trying to tell me something..

    had turkey salad w/ celery over a baby green salad.. for dinner i had a cajin casarol LOW CARB... no rice just chicken and kelbasa and spices... some cream and stock.. some pork rinds on top for crunch..and used some atkins bakeing mix to coat chicken. and to thicken sauce..

    i had 1 LC yougart today as snack

    Well today was my BAD... day.. no no .. my HORRIBLE day... i consumed a weeks worth of carbs easy, drank not even 1/2 my days worth of water... and didnt exersize... and what did i gain from that.. ALOT... a sick stomach, sleepyness, heart burn, unsatisfied feeling, and disapointment!!!!!!!!

    tommrow im going on a 4 day induction. w/ only allowing my self 3 oz if that of cheese. No treats no suggar free anything i will have to flush my body of all the bad things i ate. My son's scout banquet was tonight.. the food wasnt even that good.. but was talking w/ another family we all were just eating fork full after fork fulll... befor i knew it i was putting seconds on my plate.. then i was digging into cake.. OHHHHHH i need hand cuffs and wire mesh for my mouth... and a day by day w/ me suport buddy.. ohh well not going to happen.. i just need to pull out that high school picture of me at my goal weight.. i dont want to damadge my self i had done so good.. and all gone in one night.. now i will spend the next week or so makeing up for it.

    i was going to weigh in on monday but i think i better not.. i dont need anything to discourage my self.. but then agin maby i should beacuse if i see how i hurt my sefl it will keep me from cheating agin...

    well maby it will work as a SHOCK to my system.. and will kick me back in to a loss in a day or two.. i doubt it.. and even if i do.. i wont let it go to my head and thing ohh i can cheat and kick my self in to gear agin..

    i need to stick to this beacuse this is the only way i can better myself and become ME

    well... another new beging... i woke up today.. had 2 eggs 1 pc bacon.. and 4oz carb countdown cc milk i have drank nearly 20 oz of water so far.. and going to pick up the pace now...

    im haveing roasted chicken for lunch w/ steamed broccli.

    i do not know what im going to have for dinner beacuse i am working tonight and i do not know what they are haveing for speical.. maybe ham... maby ill have some ham and a salad....
    i will also probly eat some chicken right befor i go to work as a snack..

    my goal today is to drink at least 1 gallon of water.. and not to eat any carb substatute asides from my milk... i weighed my self... tho i didnt want to... and my results were upsetting.. but that is what i expected.. i went from 221-226 so i know im going to have to go back to writeing down every thing i eat... and keeping better track after induction i kinda slacked... and is the reason why i stoped looseing

    well... back to the hard work on my new self..
    no more giveing in... no more splurgeing.. and easter.. is my new goal.. to get to easter and past it w/ out totaly blowing it agin...good thing is .. easter is an eggy meaty food thing for my family... so ill stick to the basics and try to controle my urges...

    well... this weeknd went fair.. worked alot and hard to eat when buisy so i caught my self picking at things i shouldnt have... nothing major i think i might have poped 1 french fry in my mouth but asides from that i dont think i actualy ATE properly due to the lack of eating this weeknd..

    but today im on the right track... i had 2 eggs 1/2 slice of LC toast (decided i would cut my slices in 1/2 and only have 1/2 a slice for BF and if i wantd the other have threw the day i had it spared..and i had 2 slices of bacon

    Lunch i made chicken cabage soup w/ celery and some spices i ate the other 1/2 slice of bread w/ some mayo and 1 slice of bologna (been hungry for bologna only 2gram of carb a slice..

    i have so far today drank nearly 80oz of water. it is only 3 pm... so i have plenty of time to drink at least 100oz

    also i did something i needed to do along time ago... i made a gyno apt. I have not had my TOM in 6 months. and taken 3 pg tst in 6 months and nothing.... so i gota get checked...

    Dinner I'm probly going to have 2 ground beef patties and some steamed veggies..
    i may have a salad to.
    beacuse im going to the gym and i dont know if i will eat befor or after the gym... i always like to eat a little befor and then usualy my meal after.. i'm not going to weigh my self this week.. i will let them weigh me at DR office on next monday to see what it says then next wed ill weigh at the gym to compaire.

    i did good today... i did go to gym.. i only had 1 hamburger patty instead of two.. i drank apx 40 more oz of water... so that is over 100 oz of water... i came home from gym and had a cheese stick.. (string cheese) i might have some thing else either meat based or a veggie befor bed.. i ate dinner to earlie
    today was a good day!

    yeah but i started the yoyo affect last week.. due to a splurge I'm also haveing some woman pro
    blems and i have a feeling im going to have to endure a ton of tests and dif meds probly wich i hate beacuse no matter what it is .. i usualy get sick.. due to hormones
    im realy not looking forward to this dr apt next monday... but its something i need to do... for fear i have something extreamly bad wrong! See i have only had 2 TOM this past year, im only 25 yrs old and i have had 2 kids
    i have absoulute no desire for umm humm hum.. ya know... among other issues...

    btw thank you huskersfan for the encouragement..

    well my water drinking is down today but im picking it up now... its only 3 pm so i have time to get in a lot more water... just had alot going on.. and forgot my water bottle when i left the house this morning... been doing house cleaning

    anyway so far today. i started the morning out w/ 1 serving LC pancake... then i decided while eating it.. it isnt a pancake... ohh well i got rid of all of my LC convience foods i will have to find outher means of breakfest that dont involve eggs...

    at least till i get SO much closer to my goal weight those convience foods are out of the question..

    Lunch i had 1 slice Lc bread stacked high w/ thin sliced roast beef and lettuce w/ 1 tbsp mayo

    im probly just going to have a big salad w/ some kind of meat on it... for dinner... i might try to go to the gym...tonight... but i will be going their in the morning...

    one step at a time .. one bite at a time..

    WOOOHOOO...I Was wearing size 24 pants...
    i had a size 20 i bought a few days ago at a thrift store. i was getting rdy to put them away.. and thought id try them on to see how much i needed to go befor they would fit...

    THEY FIT NOW!... they are some what snug.. but still fit... and i like they way they make my bumm bumm look woohooo... now if i could just get rid of that flabby under arm stuff...

    Well Tommrow is my big day. The board will be goofy all day probly. Im guessing by evening it should be somewhat stable. My apointment is at 3pm. I'm so worried! I know they are going to throw me for a Ton of tests. I just hope nothing to expencive. Still havent recived notice if this one insurance company will cover me. I was trying to get insurance befor i went to a dr. (beacuse im one who worries about everything) beacuse its easier to get an insurance company to cover a health condition if it is found after you use them as coverage.

    I almost 100% doubt im pregnant. But 6 months w/ out anything is a long time to go. I had not taken a test in just over 1 month. and had taken 4 befor. I dont know if im redy to face any thing more major than being prego tho...

    At least i can talk to the Dr about my WOE, and my weightloss. Maby this is all i need. is to drop a little bit more and my body will come back around. Or maby it is my body telling me it couldnt handle anymore weight ESP a pregnancy.

    well we shal see... maby ill have a huge whoshh tonight and will be amazed when i see their scales...

    oh well..
