Tks Rob, I am back in the saddle again.
starting 100 days cheat free, today, back to work, mom is gone (back to New Jersey yesterday) and I packed the proper lunch and breakfast for my cheat free lifestyle.
Worked out yesterday and today (and thru my vacation I averaged 6 hours at the gym each week)
Food, didn't do that great during this holiday, think I gained a good 10 llbs, but working on getting them and some more off.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, with some left over queso (rotel tomatoes and cheese) smokies and three cups of decaf coffee with 1/2 and 1/2

Lunch is coleslaw, pork chop, cucumbers, some carrots, and celery.

snacks today will be develed eggs, and some boullion.
thats it for now, need ot go to fit day and start charting my food and exercise there.

Almost lost it last night, but I was able to keep most of my cravings in tact.
didn't go for sugar, but did eat a little more in calories than I wanted.
My carb count was 72 with 22 fiber making it a net 50 (which is in my range) but my calories were well over 1600-(actually 1900+)
but that is ok, I am doing well drinking my water, yesterday I had 3 quarts of water, 3 cups decaf coffee, 1 cup decaf tea and 1 cup of boulion.

today, eggs scrambled with queso, 7 smokies,
two quarts of water already, 2 cups of coffee(decaf) with cream and splenda
also trying to remember my acv, (got in two tablespoons yesterday)f
    and one today so far....

swam 1/2 mile today, plus some stretching and toning.

Yesterday went better than tuesday, 1525 calories, 31 carbs, with 5 of them fiber so 26 carbs net.
didn't have the cravings I had the day before, not sure... maybe the first day of my challenge, it was " Oh so you aren't going to eat me, but I really wanted to.... etc... blablabla..."
Anyway, had some sugar free jello last night with a little whipped cream

today did 1 hour water aerobics, breakfast was scrambled eggs, with cheese, and some smokies, coffee and cream and splenda
Someone gave me a packet of a coffee drink her husband was trying to promote, Gano-Cafe 3-1 .... tried it, gave me lots of energy, looked on the box for carb info, not there, everything else... went on line to check, and lo and behold it has 12.1 g carbs for one cup, a little more than I want to spend on a cup of coffee, however, there is some tea without sugar in it....
am going to try that tomorrow and see how it is.
I have added the carb info on this coffee to my fit day list of my foods, and added it into my counts for today.
hopefully the little of sugar that was in there won't make me have cravings today... I have some fruit with me so hopefully that will satisfy me.

two days down, 98 more to go....

Made it thru day three of my 100 day challenge, ended the day with some peanut butter and some apple slices.

Didn't hit the gym this am, body needed a little more rest, will go sat and sunday to make up the hour I missed today.
Food yesterday was good, dinner ended up being a wonderful home made chef salad - with left over steak, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cukes, and some wonderful fetta cheese dressing....

today, scrambled eggs with some cheese, smokies, and so far just one cup of coffee with splenda and cream.
have to really work on the water this weekend, havn't been getting inmy 4 quarts, just three usually
and when I don't go to the gym, i lag behind
    will add later

Carolyn, thanks for posting in my journal. And thanks for the encouragement. Good for you taking a day off from the gym for Pete's sake. The salad sounds scrumptious! And the apple slices made my mouth water. I will be adding a little fruit too but not for another week or so. My cravings are bad right now.
    keep on keepin' on!

Well, I am on the way, day 7 today, and I have been doing great.
Friday I finished my day with light dinner of cod fish baked, and some stewed cabbage.... we went out to listen to some music that night and I did drink 2 beers and had some queso and 15 tortilla chips, (yes I counted them) and it was ok, all counted in my totals ( a little high, but not unusually so)
sat - 2 hours work out, water aerobics and water volleyball,
ate very good - lunch was ham and cheese - no bread, dinner was cubed steaks with mushrooms, onions, brown faux gravy, left over cabbage, and green beans with mushrooms cream and french fried onion rings, desert was
sf jello with whipped cream - later nite snack ham and cheese
sunday I made bacon/egg/cheese tacos with lc tortillas,
dinner was a pork stir fry, lots of veggies, and a side salad, and sf pudding
    for desert.
yesterday I swam 1/2 mile and did 1/2 hour of aerobics/tonning, stretching.
havn't gotten everything written down on fit day yet, but my weekend totals should be pretty good.
    later all

Carolyn, how are you? I checked my calendar.....DH is going to the lease with some buddies that weekend and I'll have DD 'cuz MIL has plans. If you're gonna be in Waco or Georgetown one weekend, let me know. I hope your convention goes well.

Sounds like you're doing good on the 100 day challenge. I really need to exercise like you do. It's been kinda hit or miss for me since Christmas.

    Take care!

I am finding it easier and easier to not have sweets, sugar, white flour, etc.
Tuesday night had taco salad at home, no chipps or taco boat,
last night we had ham with salad, cauliflower and left over cabbage
sf jello for desert with a side of sfpudding made with whole milk my one splurge this week...
birthday today, going out for dinner with office mates, Jasons deli for salad bar, going out tonite for mexican - place has a wonderful chicken breast covered with mushrooms, onions, cheese and and wonderful chipolte sauce, I usually ask them to not put rice and beans on my plate, just give me extra salad....
looking forward to an evening with friends.

Wow, made it thru not eating any lasagna, just salad and my chicken breasts, didn't eat any of the cookies and cake they had for lunch, ate my lc cheesecake and put some strawberries on top, boy was that good....
it was actually easy to not have any, I felt like I am starting to eat right again and not think about what I should/shouldn't have, just taking care of me.
