Smile New Begining

It's the start of a new begining. I just got married and now I want to start fresh. Me and my Husband are doing great but I am so unhappy with my appearance and I decided that was going to change. I found a picture of me from my freshman year in high school and decided that was going to be my goal weight.

Well here's to the journey of life.

Thanks for making me feel so welcome.

The weather today is so gloomy. It is cold dark and raining. Well had no breakfast but had salad at lunch. Not sure about dinner.

This site is the most positive and best site that I have ever been to for this sort of stuff.

Gloomy here as well. I think your weather is heading our way, literally.

Welcome back. This site IS a great help. No question is too simple and no feat too small. So let everyone know how you are doing and they'll cheer when you succeed and help pick you up when you stumble.

Glad you found your way back to LCE.

Good luck and good health.

Thank you so much. Well today I started off with two pieces of sausage and a tall glass of water. Lunch is still up in the air, but a salad sounds really good.

Hope everyone who visits here has a great day. I am looking forward to making some new buddies.

Another welcome from me, I just started journaling this month after being on Atkins for a little over a year... Thought I needed something new to keep me on track during the holidays coming up.
This is a great site, lots of information for you to read, ask many questions if you need to, and keep yourself on track by writing and keeping it real....
take care for now.

Gee, today is going by so SSSSLLLOOOWWW. All this week I kept saying how quick this week was going buy and know all of a sudden today is just creeping by.

I think I'm having something HOT for dinner. The weather is so chilly. Anyone have any suggestion for a really good HOT meal?

Man today is going to be a good day, I can feel it. I really hope it warms up though, I really want to go for a jog tonight after work.

Yesterday I went to Kohl's and bought what I like to call my "goal" outfit (for the first goal). It is so cute. I plan to fit in it by Christmas. I make my goals in little strides so I never feel like I let myself down. Stay positive thats what my husband tells me.

Hi everyone. I am also new here. I lost 35 lbs. 5 years ago and have maintained it until this summer. I have gained 10 lbs.We had some damage to our home and we are slowly rebuilding. I've been over this a million times in my head why I feel this would have anything to do with my weight gain but my whole routine has changed since then. Less time for me I guess. It's been eating on run and snacking more. Several of my co-workers are on the South Beach diet. I thought it would be a great time to get back on track too with so many around me also trying to lose. This is a great website. I hope that I can get to know you all more and hopefully the support all around me can get me back on track as I know I can do it again. :-)

I too look forward to getting back into the groove so to speak. Know that it's just me and my husband again I can really get back on track. The family would just EAT EVERYTHING. I had cheesesticks they ate them, jello they ate it, special low carb candy they ate it etc... Sometimes family is just such a hassle. I love them but man they almost ruined my marriage and I've only been married a month. They are such moochers. I think I have developed a love hate relationship with my Mom because of them having to live with us. I shouldn't talk like that but I needed to let off some steam, Thanks for reading.

I am so glad that tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Hopefully my friends baby gets to come home. She's a Premie. She is doing really good though.

Anyways, weight loss is going okay. I really am doing good this time. I watch that sow the biggest loser and it may sound dumb but it tends to help watching them and knowing that they are losing so why can't I.

Today for lunch I'm having a couple pieces of ham and man my Uncle's ham is the best.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
