Gee was I sore this morning! I got the exercise done that should help.
We are going to start carb haven in our house!!!! I think I might get a lc cake or sugar free angel food for mine.Thursday is dh's bday, next thurs is mine, the day after(fri)DS is having his party, the next day is his real bday so another cake, then 4/15 is other Ds's bday and 4/17 his party! What a cake nightmare!!!!!!! Oh, and of course both kids are having pizza too!

I added my calories in to fit day and am low today. 1515. I try to stay between 1800-2000.
