I'm lazy so I going to copy and paste from another thread!!!!!
Good morning everyone! Let me tell you this is a great morning!!!!!!!!! Everything in life just seems to be falling into place!!!!!!!!!
I have alot of exciting news. First 1 finally had a woosh today so I'm 1 lb from siggy! Second, DH got a new job and exactly doubled his salary. We about died of shock!!!! Besides the $ I was very happy for Dh because he is a very dedicated and driven worker and deserves this.
What a dear sweet man I have who is always willing to work so hard to give me the option of working very PT so I can do what my heart leads me towards. I really got blessed with my husband (besides he is just adorably good looking)!!! LOL
Third, I got 2 freshly hatched ducklings! They are just so adorable. The kids, DH and I just get such a kick out of them!
Fourth, My oldest child who really struggles in school brought home a report with all A,B and 1 C and a 100 on a spelling test. After work today I am going to take him for a special reward for working so hard. We are so proud of him but more importantly he is proud of himself!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mick, sounds like life is going well for you!! thats wonderful!!
I think we are usually happier when good things happen for those we love than when it happens for us. It's so nice when loved ones have a big success.

and you too! I'm glad the woosh fairy came to visit. I, myself, have yet to meet her. Unless it is that snail that shows up once in a while.

Question Re: Mick is to get back in a 6

    Hey Mick -
I'm just curious - how long did it take you the first time to lose the 70+ lbs?

I got up and tried 2 talk myself out of exercising. I forced my self to do it!
I'm wondering if I'm missing something I need. The last two days I have been feeling lethargic and achey.
I'll post the last few days carbs and cals. If you see somewthing holler.
