    Boy, can I relate, Mick!

But, and encouraging story... It encouraged me, and hopefully it will you as well:

Yesterday while we were out and about I bumped into a lady whom I have not seen since before I started losing any weight. She knew me at my heighest. Now, my perspective is that I've regained so much, but her's is that I've lost so much and how much healthier I look.

So, it is all in your perspective!

    We can do this!!!!

Good story Sharron! I went out sat and had a fabulous time. All the extra attention was an ego booster. I did drink 2 much lite beer though!

I got up plenty early to exercise. I was achey and starving so I cooked breakfast and skipped it! Bad bad bad. I'm thinking I need to hide my scale again. I'm quite discouraged about my scale going back up 2 lbs for the last 3 days.

    B
    2 eggs
    5 pc bacon(fed 1/2 to the dogs)

    L (packed 4 work
    corned beef
    2 lc bread
    brocolli with dip

Yeah! A 3 lb woosh! I'm officially 1 lb over pre tom(which ended a week today). I had ALOT of stress this week(more on that mess later-dont want to dwell on it b4 work). I told Dh last night maybe I should just give up. I really needed this woosh.

Oh gee! Guess who got over hungry after work and ate some nono's while cooking dinner. Kept it to one meal. I'm not going to be mad at all though. I lost my weight the first time with 1 treat meal on the same day every week

I put my scale into a drawer until next sat. This daily weighing is insane!

    B
1/2 of an omlette made with 5 eggs, few tbs milk, 2 brats and 2 sl cheese

    S
    pickles

    L/D(will be)
    hamburgers
    brocolli

Ok folks i sabatoged myself again! I got into the icecream. Later i almost ate a rice crispy bar. Went as far as unwrapping it put it to my mouth. Tossed it. Then later proceeded to eat a mix of cheerios and dates!
I better go buy nuts and keep whipping cream made!!!!!!!!!!

yes, it definitely sounds like you need to either incorporate a CAD RM into your plan once a week like you did before or have some "legal treats" around the house!

    congrats on the woosh

We woke up to a flood on labor day. The water that came into the basement sent the water heater moving and it burst pipes. I woke up to the sound of running water and 6 ft of water in the basement. We have been with out water or flushing pottys since then. Our basement is connected to crawl space. That filled too and resulted in alot of mud. We've been busy cleaning it up and fighting with the ins co. They are paying for the furnace, water heater and pressure tank. They will not pay for the pipes. I am getting a bill for 1800$ so stress stress stress!!!!!!! The ins also wont pay for the roof damage either. Grrr!
I have been eatting terribly up until momday. Basically anything easy and that didn't make dishes as we were having to haul water until yesterday.(driving to town almost 30 miles 1 way for a shower). So sandwiches, frozen pizza and cereal. Not al all good but these are kind of extreem circumstances.
I'm wasn't worrying about diet until life is normal. Not really an excuse but it really was hard to cook without water to clean up and weve had been so busy trying to get the basement cleaned up.
    .
So thats my big long disaster of why I havent been on the site!!!!!!! UUUUUUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH

    I was 166 2day
