I'm curious about the yoga stretches. My chiro said that sort of stretching would be really good for me -- plus some of what I've read on FM lately said the same. Is there any reputable site online that would show me some of what to do that you know of???

I'm getting frustrated! Back up 2! I feel crampy and expect tom next wed or so. I keep gaining and losing the same 6 lbs over and over! Repetively bouncing between 166 and 160.
I lost all this weight (207-132-136) the first time eatting well over 2000 cals and moderate carbs. I also did 1 free meal a week.
I'd have a very hard time being satisfied on less food but am contemplating dropping the cals down between the 1600-1800 range. That would definately mean lower fat not volume or I'd be hungry!
I am not doing 1 free whole meal a week now but 1 lc meal with a treat(50 carbs) 1 day a week.
Any insite??????

Mick, can you post actual menus rather than breakdowns? That would be more helpful...
I don't think you should cut your calories. I would suspect hormones are a bigger player.
Post the menus, then we can dialogue more. You helped me figure some things out, maybe I can help you![]()

I saw him this morning and thought of you. How's it going? Also, I was wondering if you saw the information on grazing that Ilse and Rob put up? I've been trying to apply that. I'm not eating strictly at all right now -- just trying to get well from my latest bout, but I am trying to implement the grazing thing. It seems to be helping me not to feel hungry and I think I'm eating more balanced...
Miwaukee was fun! I overindulged though. Tom should be here anyday. I'm up 4 more lbs, crampy and crabby!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I don't know if this is "typical" for you, but I know I couldn't eat that much processed meat without gaining weight. How are your calories.
I didn't track calories yesterday. I don't usually eat tons of processed foods. I am pretty much trying to eat what sounds good but is lc. So all the bread was unusual. It seemed like I was more satisfied on less. I usually am not satisfied with 1 burger. I forgot to add 2 c. choc carb countdown milk and 1 packet lc cocoa.
I'm trying to see if more calcium will help.
I was down a pound today to 167. No tom yet.
