lc cheesecake (wierd combo huh!)

I've been taking a few tbs phylum with 2 meals a day. I'm eatting veggies and flax and still having the potty problem! I can go but it is uncomfortable in the extreem! Yesterdays fiber was 3/4 c flax, 1/2 a squash, 1.5 cups snap peas and a few tbs phylum.
