| Got the exercise in this morning. B porkrinds egg salad lc cheesecake (wierd combo huh!) I've been taking a few tbs phylum with 2 meals a day. I'm eatting veggies and flax and still having the potty problem! I can go but it is uncomfortable in the extreem!
