Carolyn - Sort of back to regular eating again. I'm just not eating as much. I bought a pacakage of 2 ribeye steaks at the market and one was about
1 1/2 times the size of the other. Now normally I'd eat the big one and freeze the little half pounder. But not today. Will share even this "little" steak with the animals.

Kim - Ah yes the Eddie Murphy version! Wasn't that Mr. Robinson's neighborhood?

Walked 3 miles today. well almost 3 but i'm claiming 3 because it was harder than usual.

Glad to hear that you are getting better Rob. The whole episode sounds kinda scary. When you get a chance, I'd like to hear your chicken wing recipe. Thanks!

Kim - Yep got a duplicate of the one I lost at the lake and my friend in Vermont says he;s sending me one he got as a gift and never used. So they should last me til summer. I lose those things at a very expensive rate.

Gregg - I just take a half stick butter (melted) and maybe 1/4 to a half cup of hot sauce (something like Franks) and toss the wings (4 or 5 pounds frozen - defrosted) in this and bake at 375 -400 for 50 mins to an hour. Degree of doneness is a personal thing and I have to satisfy several people so I go in between the almost crispy stage I like and thetraw rubbery stage my sister's fiance likes. Oh and if I remember i salt and pepper the wings before i dip them. You can also add cajun seasoning.

Dip them Rob? You dip them in the butter/hotsauce mixtuer and then bake? These sound awesome. I'm not big on super spicey stuff, but I could back off a little on the sauce. The cajun spice sounds good too. Thanks!
