We have a winner! Good job Mary Kay!

Kim - yes i knew what you meant! What do you mean soft blechy things? They shouldn't be soft if you don;t overcook them.

I went to visit my sister. been having some pain and slight nausea so I took all 5 of my meds to her house. I sat them all on her counter and told her - "If I should double up in pain and lay on the floor unable to take my medicine please give them to me. If I'm throwing up give me my nausea medicine, just remember they're suppositories. " Thought she'd die laughing (and I'd die vomiting if it actually happened).

Aw don't worry about it. My sister said it reminded her of the joke about the guys who gets a rattle snake bite on his behind while out camping. His friend uses a cell phone to call the Doctor to ask what he should do. The Doc says "someone is gonna have to suck the poison out or he'll die." The guy who got bitten asks "what did the Doctor say?" His friend says "he says you're gonna die". Old I know but it was appropriate last night.

Heheh! I do love that joke.

Here's some Bonusware brought to you by Rob's journal:

    http://www.softandco.com/a/299/hangaroo.html

If you like hangman you'll like this game. Though it's a much more difficult version of hangman than you're probably used to. But there's a Kangaroo with a noose around his neck and when you miss a letter he makes insulting comments. Cute! I've been playing it for years.

I can't express how I feel about the Jets loss yesterday. Andrea doesn't allow that kind of language. Brien needs to get a beating from the rest of his team and give them all of the money that Pittsburgh paid him.

    Rob:

That seems a little stressful for a game

Tina - Not as stressful as you might think. LOl

Kim - Give it a try at least once. After the kangaroo calls you an idiot or stupid and asks "you do know how to spell? right? You really start to want to see him hang. LOL B****** Brien doesn't deserve protection.

I'm back on track today, I hope. Thanks to the medication i had a very good weeks total from monday through sunday. average calories adn carbs - 1550 and 37 respectively.
