| Carrie - Thanks for the save. Feeling okay, not great. Kim - Send the cash! I can use it. LOL I saw 199.5 on the scale this morning. Actually saw 199.0 at first but decided to do it again and then saw 199.5. I think you're right about illness pounds. sometimes they won;t stay away. So I won;t be announcing it on the forums officially until sunday. If it's still here then it's mine. Feels like I'm missing something without the pills though.

| Rob, I read your post yesterday about the ice cream and that was a mistake. That was all I could think about yesterday afternoon....ice cream. I was home alone last night with no one to account to for being dumb, and I got into the mint chocolate chip lc ice cream. I didn't even use a bowl. Straight out of the container. I'm very lucky that I didn't gain this morning, in fact I was down a half pound. Sometimes I think our bodies try to tell us when we need more of something. Lets just hope it doesn't start talking and not stop! lol

| Oh gee Donna, I'm so sorry! Didn't mean to throw you a curve. I know what you mean about your body telling you it needs more of something. It's just some of us haven't got that shut off mechanism working properly, so we eat until it's all gone or we feel sick. At least that's my story. Yes if it stops shutting up we're in BIG trouble. LOL I wore an apron to make dinner tonight. DOn't laugh. I rarely do this but I was dressed to go out this evening and didn't want spaghetti sauce on my clothes. It suddenly dawned on me that I haven't tried tying my apron the "normal way" in many years. The normal way is to take the apron ties and bring them behind us and all the way around. You know so the strings are wrapped around 360 degrees.Well I tried this and there was ample room. When I was 310 there was barely enough tie to be able to tie it in back. I'm positively skinny..... well maybe "not obese"... First thing I'm going to do at my friends house tonight is ask them if i could try on an apron. lol

| 199--AWESOME my friend! Isn't it funny how you want to show everyone something once you find that you can do it! I resisted the urge to run around in a towel simply because a normal towel wrapped all theway around me and then some a while back! Glad you are feeling better too! Take care of yourself! Enjoy that 199 even if it was only for a few hours! You will et there pretty quickly if it isn't still there Sunday!

| Kim Gregg Shimmer Lori - Thanks for the congratulatory sentiments! My sister's fiancee (going out 10 years next August and engaged for 6 of those years) is like 145 pounds soaking wet but I was able to tell him yesterday - " we weigh the same - a hundred and something". LOL Unfortunately at the gathering last night (mutual friends of my sister and me) I drank too much red wine but was good about avoiding the high carb stuff. My worst indulgence was 2 of those Russell Stovers Pecan thingies. Or was it 3? Whatever. I estimated yesterday's calories/carbs at 2870/75. Not nearly as bad as I can be when I put my mind to it. LOL We will see if this impacts tomorrow's numbers. I will try really hard to keep my cals and carbs as low as possible. Maybe I'll have fish for dinner. That always helps.

| Thanks Tina and Kim. I think I'm going to keep it tomorrow, only weighed 202.5 pounds after dinner and I'm always 3 to 5 pounds heavier after dinner than in the morning. I will purge before I weigh though just in case. I had to revise yesterday's totals when I found leftovers from last nights dinner in the fridge. So 2620 calories and 71 net carb. Yes tomorrow is a challenge. I'm making my wings and there will be plenty of food I can eat other than wings. My sister is making a crudite w/ ranch dip platter. That always keeps my mouth busy enough i don't miss the chips. But I WILL drink miller lite BEER
