It's a typical Monday at the office. Bought a salad to eat today for lunch as I had TOOOO much ham for dinner last night and too afraid to weigh for a couple of days. Sure all that sodium is gonna make me retain WATER, so pushing the water today and eating mostly veggies with some protein tonight, but will not be the leftover ham.

Had my salad and 1 serving of sugar free black cherry jello for lunch. Still feel like I have gained 20 pounds from eating ham yesterday..... even my rings wouldn't fit today :( Valuable lesson: Rarely eat Ham and if you do, no more than ONE serving. Still forcing the water and hopefully will loose this water retention by tomorrow.

awwwwwwwwwwww rhonda.... just look at the siggy that says 10 lbs in 10 weeks... then drink some more water .. (ACV seems to help with the water retention as well as the green tea) and move on... no biggy! just think! it COULD have been something REALLY carby that WOULDNT have just caused water retention ifyaknowwhatimean...;-)

ya better not be eating TOOOOOOOOOOOO few of carbs and food tho... your bod will NOT treat you with more weight lost.. but rather will stall you big time...

hope ya had a great day off...

Hey Girls! Thanks for stopping by Yeah Kim, I've been pushing the water, green tea and ACV ALL day long.... didn't even have my full four signature cups of my beloved coffee this morning. Hopefully, by tomorrow I will be back to almost where I started Saturday and the bloat will be gone... I can hope anyway

Knowles ..... that sugar free jello is a big salvation when there is tons of Easter candy and pies and cup cakes, and JUNK all over my house since Easter. Giving the kids until end of the week and then all the Easter candy is going to my office..... the vultures there will take care of it all in hours!

Hey Renee and Knowles Been a very busy last couple of days.... was thinking about you the other day Renee, and wondering where you've been! Thanks for stopping in.... will come and visit you this evening

No breakfast.... small wonder since I had clients waiting in my office when I got to work.... Lunch, small Chef's Salad with 2 tablespoons l/c dressing. Still drinking tons of water. Will have a couple of green teas after lunch. Feel better today and at least my rings fit again Thank God for the ACV and water Kim!

Yeah, you've been a savior telling me about that green tea and how doesn't all taste alike Kim.... Otherwise, I would have given it up long ago Religously take my ACV thanks to you as well... up to three times per day and ya know, it isn't that bad, or maybe I am just used to drinking shots Showed my husband your before and after picture Kim, and he couldn't believe it was the same woman.... well, neither could I. You look about 30 years younger just radiate with beauty... Don't dare snag that picture.... it is a true testimate to you and this WOL!

Well believe me Kim, I feel the same way.... I don't see ME the way other people do either.... But I must say, you were beautiful then, and you are beautiful now...you just continue to blossom into a beautiful person, not only inside but on the exterior as well... Your kind heart shows up in all your posts. You are so understanding and patient with all of us newbies..... it is refreshing and thank you

Well tonight's dinner (ate early so I can walk was two turkey Italian sausages with l/c sauce and two small l/c tortillas....... yummy..... can tell you I will not buy these often cause I will get addicted and they will be tooooo good! Saved room today with my carbs and calories so I could splurge a little tonight, so I did. The rest of the family gets the full Italian meal with pasta and all..... and a tossed salad. Think I will wait until after my walk and see if I can manage to eat a salad after that..... Probably should have had the salad first (can hear Kim talking) and then the sausages, but couldn't wait Walked two miles yesterday, so at least will try to do that again today. It's a beautiful day....... even if night is falling, so will just take a flashlight in case...

Early morning again for me... up and making coffee at 4:00 a.m., but at least did a load of laundry and put a pork roast in the crockpot for the family tonight, so won't have to do too much for dinner this evening. Got my pedometer in the mail last night, so will be able to see exactly how many miles I am walking per day and keep it logged. Going to make healthy choices on foods today.... no processed stuff for a long while.... Plenty of veggies in for today's menu, including a salad for lunch and one for dinner tonight. Breakfast..... well... looks like boiled eggs again! Brewing my green tea now, so all is good
