Rob, I am going to go and visit your journal and place this link for you there as well. It is a link to the instruction manual for a smoker like the one I have. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks Rob and Nita! I am awake far too early for a Saturday morning, but that internal alarm clock never allows me to sleep in. Sitting here drinking my first cup of coffee and planning my grocery shopping list and menus for the week. Supposed to be rainy today with some snow showers and then likely thunderstorms here most of the week. My tulips are just starting to rise above the ground so I am going to buy some fertilizer and make certain I get it around them by Sunday night. I read in the paper where you only have a brief window of time to fertilize tulips as once they have fully errupted it is too late. So looking forward to Spring and playing in my garden!

Have a great weekend everyone. Going to visit some journals before I begin my busy, but pleasurable day!

Good morning my friend. It's almost 8am here in southern california and I just woke up a little while ago! I can't remember the last time I was able to sleep in like that! I have my coffee and I just wanted to check in with you and wish you a great weekend. I have missed you, and the decision to spend alot less time on the internet was a hard one, but the trade off of spending more time in the WORD has been good for me. I'm doing a bible reading plan. It's one that guides you to read the bible in a year. I'm actually doing two. One that does the whole bible in a year and one that does the new testament several times. I'm also doing a study called, Setting Captives Free. It's a bible study course aimed at helping to overcome gluttony. It was hard for me to admit to gluttony, it's such an ugly word! But even on LC I overeat.....so anyway, I'm doing the study and I am learning some things. I don't totally agree with everything it says but there's enough that I am learning from it to make me continue with it.

Well....I certainly didn't plan to come here and spill out all my thoughts and plans! I'll stop rambling on and just wish you a wonderful weekend!

Rhonda, you'll have to post a couple of pictures of your tulips when they bloom. Sounds like your day is already organized and planned. Aren't grocery prices outrageous? Have a good weekend.

Rob, yes, Spring is just around the corner and I cannot wait. Tired of the snow, ice and COLD.

Vickie, I am so pleased you came to visit me. I miss you as well but respect your decision to not spend so much time online, but reading the word. I read the bible cover to cover several years ago in a year's period of time. My mother does it every year. I am glad you are doing motivational and spiritual things for yourself. Be kind to yourself my friend and visit me when you can.

Susie, I cannot believe grocery store prices! I even go to the supposed knock-off, non-named brand stores to try to find some things cheaper and always shop by the sale ads... that is what basically plans my menu for the week. No relief in sight from the food price surge though. I need a raise!!!

Shelley, always a pleasure to see you my friend.

Everyone have a great hump day tomorrow!

Rhonda, I don't have to scrimp & save anymore, but I still look for the best bargains, check the store ads, look for sales, buy the store brand. It's ingrained in my very being! And I buy clothes off the clearance rack. If they aren't on sale, I don't need them!

You have a great rest-of-the-week.

Rhonda - That will make growing your own vegetables even more satisfying. Think of how much money you'll save per tomato, zucchini etc. Spring is here! (kinda) Have a great Easter weekend!

Rhonda - I was just reading a little in your journal about your Mr. Boss Man and his poor attitude as far as your work hours are concerned. What the hell is wrong with people? It seems to me that the better your work ethic, the more the Mr. Boss men of this world take advantage. That's when work burnout happens to good workers. I've developed an attitude here lately that I won't let that happen to me ever again in my lifetime. I hope that you are doing okay.
