Thanks Kim for stopping by! I had Bella Vita pasta. Bought it at BIG LOTS for .40 cents ... so HAD to try it! Has 160 calories and after subtracting fiber, 10 net carbs. However, the box serves six and I had less than a serving, so figured in 7 or so carbs. Not something I would have frequently, but after not having any type of pasta or bread for three months..... it was worth it! Froze the rest for a much later date. Maybe a once per month treat until I reach goal. Just couldn't bring myself to post a picture of before I started this WOL. I know I should..... there is such a difference after 35 pounds. Maybe later when I can bear to look at them again! Hope you are feeling better soon.... I have missed reading your posts. You have such an inspiration to me, but yet your sense of humor is even more invigorating!

Made grilled pork chops with carb options mushroom soup -- and grilled eggplant with olive oil and spices, but just not in the mood to eat tonight....... will have to forgo dinner as it is late and refuse to eat after 8:00 and still not hungry at 10. I must get my personal life under control and let go when I should.... it just isn't working.... I am happy with most of my life... just stressed about the small percentage I know what I should do with. In any event, going to try to sleep. It's been a very long taxing last two weeks and I "deserve" some R&R time. Must ask the boss if I can take that 10 weeks of vacation and about a year of "comp" time soon.

Thanks for checking in Kim. I really appreciate. Today was basically the same as usual... another l/c yogart for breakast, 3 cups of salad with tuna, olives and one tbs mayo for lunch. Dinner was roast beef (4 ounces) and grilled eggplant. Trying to catch up on my water tonight as I didn't do very well today with that. Too many clients in the office today. Have about 3 more 16 ounces glasses to go and then I will have it all in. Guess who will be going to the restroom all night! Really tired... stress day so I am going to bed .... maybe something decent to watch on tv until I fall asleep?

Up at 4:00 a.m. and too late to attempt to go back to sleep. The twins woke me up again so early wanting to go outside.... Well, still better than an accident on the floor so I won't complain tooooo much. Going to make my coffee, take my shower and try to enjoy a few minutes before I have to began the mad dash to get children up and force them to get ready for school and then onto the office myself. Maybe will pack my lunch while the coffee is brewing and have that over with. Lunch today will be salad and a left over pork chop. Breakfast...... well, guess I will have the last of the yogart unless I break down and buy some more at the store.... At least it is Thursday and I am not going into the office this weekend.... going to stay home and be a mother and enjoy it!

Forgot my anniversary! Today is NINE weeks of this WOL! I am loving it... I feel so much better.... no more headaches... well, not usless they are self-induced by stress! And most importantly...... not even ONE CHEAT! I am very proud of myself..... in just a short time I have dropped most of the unnecessary pounds and feel so much better. This is good for me..... doing something for ME for a change! My personal goal is to have all but a few pounds gone by my bday..... probably unrealistic since it is 7 weeks away, but it is a goal!

Worked through lunch today, so only the l/c yogart thingie....... Still not hungry, but I know it is due to stress..... rarely eat when stressed out. Really wanted a drink tonight once I got home, so having a vodka and diet rite black cherry.... guess I could punish myself tomorrow for doing this, but sometimes you just have to say "what the ----!" It's been three months since I have had a drink so good thing it is at home! At least the children are fed and homework is done before I decide to feel sorry for me..... more tomorrow.......

Lost three pounds this week, so only 20 more to go... Breakfast is yet another l/c yogart and lunch will be a salad, no dressing with some baked chicken from last night. It's Friday! Going to try to leave the office a little early today and begin my weekend. It's rainy and dreary here... Won't let the clouds get me down today!

Lunch today was a Chef's Salad... except no boiled egg or dressing. Just some ham, cheese and radishes with romaine. Had a carb options bar (I know...) but still have a case of them lurking in my freezer. For some reason, they do not stall me though, just read so many bad things about them stalling others, don't want to take a chance, so only have a couple per month. This rate, it will be YEARS before they are gone! Have to see if mom wants some more this weekend. She seems to like them and actually, they are quiet tasty! Probably would be too addictive for me to eat regularly. Dinner tonight..... probably the left over baked chicken and a veggie. We will see how the evening goes. I know the children want PIZZA, so I will make sure I get that for them, but I will remain STRONG.....

I can always count on you for motivation Kim! Thanks for stopping by again. Yes, I have been doing the ACV twice per day... can't seem to pack a little bottle of it for the office, but take it in the morning..... after my four cups of coffee, and then again after I eat dinner. Maybe I am sick, but I actually like it! Well..... maybe not LIKE IT, but it is tangy, okay..... you know... realize it is going to do some good....... Anyway, pretend it is GOLDSCLAGHER! Will come visit you in your journal now!

i found a little bottle from some fancy little liquer bottle .. tiny airplane serving size... i used THAT for my ACV for away from home... even put it in a ziplock bag ... the first time it leaked i IMMEDIATELY bought a regular sized bottle for work..*L* nasty stuff in a purse letmetellYOU!

i know what ya mean.. i dont actually LIKE the taste of it... but it doesnt bother me.. and i REALLY love to watch the family SQUIRM and get all queasy when they see me throw it back *L*... grandkiddo said... wow.. grammy... youre TOUGH! *L*.. i just smile and say.. yeah.. i AM..*L*
i DEFINITELY cant stand the THOUGHT of it in water tho... but i did add some in water and .. uh... maybe iced tea or something once.. during the summer.. but i still prefer to just choke it down..*L*
hmmmmm if i toss some GOLD flecks in it... ya MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT just be on to something..*L*

I thought about packing a little bottle of it just like you tried. Thanks for the advice.. I won't do it as I can just imagine the smell in the bottom of my purse! I think I will buy an extra bottle for work. I know the vultures there who raid the frig won't touch the stuff at least! Had tacos last night.... with l/c shells.... 3 of them. So that was 9 carbs for the shells, but it was good and had enough carbs to do that. Made rice and refried beans for the kids, but didn't have any..... Still cannot find the soy beans at my grocery store. Guess I will have to go to the health food store and see if they have any. Really don't need any, but think it might be nice to have a couple of cans around ...Went to the asian market last night after work and bought some chili sauce and wasabi powder. Made some tuna salad with the wasabi and will probably have some of that for lunch today while I do my chores around the house. Breakfast, I know I should have something decent, but maybe just finish up the l/c yogart that seems to have an endless supply in the frig. Think I am down to my last couple ... won't buy any more this weekend. Just boil up some eggs and cook some sausage for next week. Going to try to get away from the convenience foods..... What is the point of trying to eat healthy when I have those around? Giving the last of the atkins bars to my mom this morning...... What in the world possessed me to buy 36 of them when I started this WOL? Guess I didn't know the dangers of them.... They don't seem to stall me, but can see where they would be addicting too..... far too easy to use them as a meal instead of eating healthy REAL food. Mom likes them anyway, so the $50 or so won't go to waste. Was so mad when I signed onto my banking account this morning. MBNA ran my credit card payment through TWICE! That for a total of $500.00! So pissed. Now I will have to go to the bank and see what I can do about it...... Doubtful MBNA will refund my money...... they are so screwed up. No wonder why I am paying off the balance. Of course, didn't want to give them $500 this month! Will never pay over the phone again and give them permission to my checking account. Doubtful the bank or MBNA will refund any of it. Guess I will be a little tight on funds until I get paid. Oh well..... no since it allowing it to ruin my day.... after all, it is WEEKEND!!!

Had my POT of coffee this morning..... Dang, that has to be about 10 carbs alone, even black! Oh well, it was worth it! Feel awake and ready to begin my day. Figure I will have a brunch meal a little later. Just not hungry yet this morning. Have some green tea brewing and will drink that before I leave to run errands. Should be good to go after all the coffee and green tea! So peaceful here this morning. Everyone still sleep except me, the basset hounds, and the two kittys. Must remember to buy some fresh veggies today at the store.......
