Did the one mile Walking off the Pounds with weights (3 lbs each) and I can really feel the workout. God, I must REALLY be out of shape! Think I will keep it at a one mile pace with the weights until weekend... Can't imagine doing the three mile with her, but sure I will work up to it [confidence]. Gave up the peppermint coffee after that and now on water again Going to clean up the kitchen, take a shower and go to bed...

Hectic morning again..... Drinking my water after my traditional four cups of coffee. Lost another two pounds but not going to count them until I see if the scale shows me the same thing tomorrow! Two boiled eggs and 1 ounce of cheese for breakfast this morning....

Lunch was a small side salad with 1/2 breast of chicken and 1 ounce of pepper jack cheese melted on top. Was very satisfying. Dinner will be something light as I plan to go home from the office, cook for the children and DH and then do more of my new exercise video. Want to be able to get up to the two mile speed by weekend..... I can do it if I REALLY try.... It is important for me to remember EXERCISE is part of this WOL and I MUST find time to do it! Not going to snack today either. I miss my NUTS but not going there for a LONG LONG time.... As Kim says.... THEY ARE EVIL! I either crave them or end up having more than the 1 ounce portion I should for a snack so they are HISTORY for now.....

Your doing great with that diet. Remember the next time you order Pizza Hut they do have buffalo wings, just go for the mild as they have less junk on them. Congratulation on the big case!! 4 g sounds great for your client. Wish I could hang out in the journals more but I'm working on being able to work at home. At any rate my boss is a slave driver.

Thanks Stephen and Kim! I will order the wings next time the children feel the need for pizza...... which is almost weekly! I rarely give in except a couple times a month on a Friday night.... Kinda their treat.

Tried the two mile walk last night with Lisa.... it was about 8:30 and I was sooo tired. Preston, who is 8, made it through the two miles with no problem.... even with the weights! God to have that much energy again! I made it halfway through.... but no weights.... felt my arms and legs were going to break off! Anyway, will start it much earlier this evening.... At least I got some exercise in though.

Dinner last night was a couple of lean hamburger patties with bacon and cheese.... No veggie..... was far too tired to even eat, but knew I needed to. Today will make choices with less fat.....except for lunch which will be wasabi tuna salad with mayo and lettuce. Drinking my water now, green tea will be next. Fully charged with my four cups of java this morning.... Know I will NEVER give up my coffee... Oh well... doesn't seem to bother me and never have cravings for sweets..... only the salty stuff which name I will not MENTION!

Never thought about Gevalia for tea...... used to have them deliver coffee to my home, but found they were delivering far more than I could use.... that was before I entered my 30's and 4 children later....... Today...... I NEED all the coffee I can get... that is why I still drink it

Did my ONE mile Walking the Pounds away with weights tonight..... I am such a wimp... I was totally beat at the end of it..... :( Oh well, just have to keep trying and I will get there. Funny thing, I can walk 3 miles and never feel anything, but just turn that DVD on with all those weights and lifting the legs up..... and I am totally WHIPPED! Geez.... I feel sooooo OLD at almost 40......

Today's breakfast was l/c yogart..... Got to get off this kick soon, but so convenient. Lunch was iceburg lettuce with wasabi tuna and a boiled egg on top. Pretty filling. Dinner is anyone's guess. Probably will just have some taco meat, lettuce and cheese (my version of a faux taco salad). Dang, hope I am not getting on another taco salad obsession! Promised I would make the children tacos and really dont think I want the extra carbs tonight, even with the l/c taco shells.... we will see. Guess it depends on how I eat the rest of the day... Didn't bring any snacks to the office and refuse to snack after 2 or 3 so taco shells are a possibility....

Heard about the judge, court reporter and baliff being killed by an accused today in Georgia. And the guy who admitted killing the other judge's husband and mother, all because the judge dismissed his medical malpractice suit....Always knew this profession was dangerous! Will be extra careful who I represent in the future....

Sounds like you're on the right track!! I used to eat those LC yogurt's all the time....trying to avoid them this time as I became addicted to them pre-baby.

As for Gevalia....the teas are awesome. I'd highly recommend it. Plus it's so convenient to do all alone. If you decide to, definitely try the Ancient Cherry Green Tea...YUM!

Thanks for stopping by again.... yeah, got to stop doing the l/c yogart... they are defintely addicting!

Had my faux taco salad tonight with a little bit of sour cream.... thought about having some strawberries or blueberries with some cream, but so far I haven't given in... drinking my water now... didn't do as well as I would have liked on that today at the office, but will catch up to my quota before bedtime. Think maybe I am getting a cold, so took some extra Vitamin C tonight and hopefully, that will head it off. No time to get sick... the maid took the week off (referring to me) and now have to get this house in order. Did most of the laundry this evening, so just the heavy cleaning tomorrow..... and the kids bedsheets. Will just get up a little extra early and get it all done so I can have some time tomorrow evening to relax. Not going to do the DVD tonight. Pretty tired and I have done it three nights in a row, so will just do it tomorrow when I take a break from housecleaning. Think I am going to sign off and just watch some mind wash tv..... I deserve that after such a long difficult week at the office.

Why in the HECK am I wide away at 2:00 a.m.?????? It must just be sheer exhausation keeping me from sleep.... and hopefully NOT one of those periods of insomina.... Kinda feel hungry, but NOT going to give in and eat..... or worst of all, snack at 2:00 a.m. Well, at least I can take a nap tomorrow if I am too tired as it is weekend Going to try to go back to bed and hopefully sleep will come soon. If not, maybe there is another great movie on See, there is always a brighter side to everything!

Not much time to post here tonight.... lots of housework left to do so I can play tomorrow Had two eggs over easy and two link sausages for breakfast this morning. Lunch/Dinner was two soft tacos with l/c mission shells with a salad, no dressing and some steamed cauliflower. Tons of water today so I am good! Now going to make an endeavor to do some exercises..... It's 9:00 p.m., but if I only spend 15 or 20 minutes exercising, its better than nothing.
