    Default Jules. journey

Soooo, I did an intro note about a week or so ago, said I was going to do a journal, and now here I am. Seems to be par for the course of not getting things done in a timely manner these days.

Again, thank all of you for the warm welcomes.

So we are packing and going through stuff because we are moving next week. Well, we came across some of my old clothes and it was heart breaking. And the REAL kicker is that i thought i needed to loose weight back then. uggggg. And then my 2 dufusy teen age boys we trying the stuff on, cuz one of the items was a jumpsuit thing, and acting all dorky, it was pretty funny, but it was too small on them, and that was worse still. My 16 yr old isn't exactly big.

Oh how I long for the days of my thindom. I know what to do and how to do it, I just feel frozen in time. And lately I just can't stay motivated for any real amount of time. Maybe I should just do the best I can til after we move, and then get on with it. I have completely lost my joy for the house we are in now, esspecially with the promise of the new one, with a big kitchen, so I don't have to cook in a closet! Or at least it seems like one. I think all the clutter is getting to me, LOL. I think its creeping up on me ha. Well purple heart is here to pick up stuff, I better go make sure they take it all TTFN

jules.... hey! just what i needed at this very moment.. a new journal to read... a new voice that is just starting out... a fresh inspiration..
    thanks!

try not to dwell tooooooooooooo much on the past sizes you were... although they SOMETIMES can be motivational... they usually arent ... and they USUALLY are not realistic...

as time goes on our bodies change... so even the weight NUMBER we might have been isnt going to LOOK the same as it did then...

start out slow... do each day things that you CAN do to head in the right direction.... every little thing you can do to HEAD in that direction with add up.... and each success motivates you on to another ... and another..

you'll get where you want to be jules....

and i am glad i get to see it from the beginning...

    get started! i cant wait!

WEll yesterday was a bust BIG time. <sigh>. I just tooo darned tired and i'm trying to run my kitchen outta as much food as possible, don't want to have to move it all with us, would much rather get down there and get a list going and check out our new grocery store. They have Krogers where we are moving, I've never been to one. I hope they have nice produce, but I think since we are moving to the country-ish there will be all kinda of farmer stands, I LOVE those! Yum Yum Yum, When I was little my grandparents still had their farm, we were over there alot, so this woe is easy for me in that i love all kinds of veggies, especially fresh picked from a garden still warm from the sun, specially matoes. but i know,, moderation with maters.

I'm not even gonna post my food yesterday as it was rediculous, prolly won't really be posting menus til after the moving day, once my dsl gets set up that is. Cuz i need to get a plan, that is one thing that is for sure!
So i guess right now my goal would be to do better with the eating, if i can't stay prefectly clean, then as much as possible, i suppose a little bad carbs is better than a whole days worth of bad carbs. Although I could really use the energy boost about now lol.

    food plan,

    b- yogurt

    lunch- fish and broccoli

    dinner- grilled chix salad

Lets see how close to this i get!
