I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for it! m. uh... great picture as usual... and good job on skippin the dreaded d*nuts.. i am not a D*NUT fan.. but while in alaska i kept JONESING for one... i kept telling everyone i was going to EAT ONE.. but everyday i would go to the store in the afternoon and they were NOT good looking by then...(am i smart or what??) so i would say..okay,.. TOMORROW i will eat one... that went on for the whole 6 or seven weeks i was there.. came home not having ONE still *L* yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee glad i got THAT outta my system... |

I'm an old friend of Michelle's from when she played on the internet more. Was around when she and Knowles were getting to know eachother online. Basically when Knowles was good, he's the best guy ever. And when he's bad, we'd be online goofing off having "men are evil" fun. Flew out for their wedding and again after Elana was born. Course I waited until after her mon and her in-laws left. And I stayed up with Elana so she and Knowles could actually get some sleep. And just so you know what I look like here's a pic of me with Richard Mulrooney...the man who in my fantasies I woo away from his bimbo out in California that he's engaged to.  |

| Re: Darlin's Doodles......Continued Had to share an experience I had today.... We took some of our residents to a community outing where a lot of other rehabilitation centers get together. I was standing there talking to some of my residents when I turned and saw this woman...my age....confined to a wheelchair....at well over 700 lbs from what their director stated. It was completely shocking to me that in that instant I could totally see myself in her shoes one day had I not taken control of my health. Sadly, it also reminded me of a life she has lost due simply to her weight. I'm told that she's all "I'm on a diet" and "trying to lose this weight but I can't move and she's been "on a diet" for 4 years but is non-compliant. I can't imagine what it's like to be confined in your body that way. No, in a way I can because I can do so much more than I can today. In that moment....I realized that I will find a healthy weight someday.....and she has totally motivated me to get to goal.
