Thanks Rhonda!

I've been very preoccupied with things lately. Mostly dealing with my work environment. Over the last couple weeks I've been having meetings with my staff. We have developed how we will function in 2007. Bottom line... This crap ends NOW. I will no longer tolerate this childish behavior in the future. 2007 is the year of Responsibility and Accountability for all of us. I'm no longer taking responsibility for their actions. They are! I've faced my issues and am taking steps to eliminate my negative behaviors. Now it is their turn.
I do have one person that is totally wanting to be miserable. That is his choice. He is pointing fingers at me and others for his misery. I've taken steps with the rest of the group to keep his influence to a minimum.

I really got alot out of staffing the last Basic seminar. Very eye opening. I even picked up a few tidbits that are helping me with the work group.

I can't describe my present relationship with Liz with any words other than phenomenal and fantastic. We are getting along great. We are working together to help our children grow. We have been there for each other as good listeners. And I do mean Listeners.
As Liz said the other day... "For years she was with me because she felt she had to. Now she is with me because she WANTS to be with me."

My eating on LC has been a total loss for the holidays. As a result my weight has crept up some. No... Quite a bit.
I am recommitting to the best I can do, with the utmost "intention."
My personal Goal:
To again be below 210 by March. Also to be back into my size 38 or smaller pants.

Next week we head up to the 1 week camp for the Advanced Seminar. We are both looking forward to it. It looks like it will be very exciting. The weather may prove to be unpredictable. We will just play with the cards we are dealt at the time. It looks like my employer may donate the week of time off for me to attend. That saves a week of vacation time. I can sell that back to pay for the seminar.

We had a very quiet Christmas. Sourdough pancakes at Cyndi's place and then we laz'd all day at home. Dinner was a bowl of Buckwheat hot cereal.

I got several new ties. 2 of them were Jerry Garcia's. :great:

I hope everybody has a Fantastic New Years!
