I need to get off myself! I have lost 5.1 since 11/25. I was looking at the Christmas challenge and that's when/where I started. I AM doing great! Thanks, Katie. I have to step back sometimes. It isn't JUST .8 in a week, it is FIVE over two and a half weeks! ok, that looks MUCH better!! Still keeping at it, and getting more serious, but I'm ok, in fact quite happy about my new perspective.

Sometimes we are focusing so hard on this that we lose sight of the "big picture". Look at what you've done since you started!!!

I keep my weights and measurements in Excel, and only update the spreadsheet every 2 weeks. That way there is ALWAYS a loss of inches even if there is not a loss of pounds. Its also fun to do a bar chart and see the bars getting smaller and smaller!

Heather - The one good thing about working from home is no one's bringing in Crap. The bad part is that the refrigerator is always only 30 seconds away.

hahaha, no kidding, Rob!

So, I guess today was day 67. I didn't eat very well. Too busy running around trying to find a guitar for the little one for Christmas. I ended up ordering online, and now I have to fret until it gets here!
I had a couple ounces of cheese for breakfast, some quiche for lunch, a few slices of summer sausage for a snack, and then a big dinner 1 1/2 chicken breast, broccoli, green beans. SO I didn't go over on the carbs, and I actually just got my water in, but I just don't feel like it was very balanced.

I DID THE TREADMILL TONIGHT!!! yaye!!

Way to go, Heather! Its so hard to eat right when you have a job, not to mention all the EXTRA stuff you have to do that somehow became the woman's job (like the house, kids, laundry) without the added pressure that the holidays throw at us.

Hey Ladies! Thanks for stopping in. I've not been good about checking your journals lately, hoping to catch up after the holidays! what a crazy time!

today is day 67...Sunday is 70!! that's 70% finished!!! I can't believe I'm really doing it. I'm going to make it through Christmas day AND New Years. Because I can!! I just know it!

getting things together for next week. the last thing I want to worry about is food! I thought today was 69, but the entry above says today is 67 (pretty sure I wrote that friday) so today would be 68 and MONDAY would be 70. Whatever, it doesn't matter. I had some weak moments today, but got through them just fine!

oh yeah, AND I treadmilled Thursday night and will tonight and tomorrow. That's 3x this week, even if I had to squeeze it all in because I didn't do it m-w!
