I'm hungry and bored and ready to be at goal! I know that once I get there I'll have to keep it up or be right back at the beginning, but I just want to be there already! argh!

Maybe after Chilis we'll hit the grocery store tonight. or maybe we'll do that this weekend. I just made quiche, and have stuff for pumpkin thingys, and some fajitas and tuna. I'm getting bored with that, though! read where someone had a hb patty with an egg on it. sounded interesting! I'm going to try to revamp some menus this weekend!
and exercise!!!

Didn't revamp, didn't exercise, :-(
did wake up to 159.2, though!!!

Hopefully this weekend I'll get busy on some planning.

Sunday, 1/8/05. NOT ENOUGH SLEEP! I got 1.5 hrs last night. But there was fun stuff to be doing! Stayed on plan, though, and even got some exercise in dancing! woohoo!
I think that's 5 days on plan. I'll weigh tomorrow and see where I am.

158.4 is where I am!!! yaye! that's 13.4 to goal! Today is day 7, 88/92 of the other 100 day challenge! I'm on the water really hard. I didn't get enough over the weekend and I can really tell.
cottage cheese for bfast-6
sausage/saurkraut for lunch...which is...RIGHT NOW!

Drink up girl! Water will flush out that fat. I'm so happy that the scale is moving for you. We're about the same weight. Can't wait until either the 14th or 21st for my next weigh in. This is for life!

I am!! really guzzling. I've had 24 oz grn tea, and 7 8-10 oz glasses of water so far. I have to get it all in during the day because I won't drink much at night. the sausage and saurkraut was good, but maybe won't have as much kraut next time. It seems to be irritating my stomach! had some broccoli too!
So, no ideas for dinner, and still not sure if I'm going to the grocery or not...

ok, so I have been to the grocery, still drinking the water, still not exercising, losing very slowly. It has been a rough week with Theo and his caseworker, but I know it is going to be fine. I'm just trying to stay afloat.
1/11/06: 90/94 of 1st 100 days, day 9 of second, and 158.4

Thanks! It will all work out.
I'm having company this weekend, kind of nervous about it. I'm still at 158.4, but this morning I weighed with my kind of heavy pj pants and tshirt on and then again after my shower (no clothes) and I was STILL 158.4! :-(
Not weighing until next Tuesday...we'll see how it goes!

weighed! lost! woohoo!! down to 156.4 today, 1/15/06! that's 6.4 to go and 4 weeks, 2 days to the end of the Valentines challenge. I CAN do this! That's only 11.4 to goal!!! back to the water today, trying hard!
