| Thanks Ambition. I'm very excited. I feel like I'm really getting in the groove. It's true what "they" say, once you are in ketosis, it is so much easier. I'm going to make the pizza quiche tonight. I make it with about 1/2 the cheese and egg beaters instead of whole eggs. oh, and I don't use the tomato sauce. So really it's just quiche, no pizza.

| Didn't make the quiche, but will tonight. ate about 2 servings of cashews. NOT GOOD. I knew I should stop, but I didn't. I'm past it now, and at least I didn't eat the whole can. I'll be having eggbeaters/cheese/sausage scramble for dinner. and some green tea. That should salvage the day ok... bfast-omlette and HC in coffee (8) lunch-big salad (5) cashews (12) scramble (3) thats 28, so thats not so terrible... GETTING MORE WATER NOW!

| okay.. this is the veggie police... come out with your green beans up! heh heh... SPINICH in the quiche would be great... good stuff that spinich.. BABY spinich is AWESOME.. what kind of veggies DO you like? ... glad you are hanging in.... and GET RID OF THE NUTS!! they are SOOOOOOO hard to keep control of.... uh... yeah... my husband just bought a new HUGE container. of mixed nuts.... can ya tell? ack |

| hehehe, HEY KIM! I'll work on the veggies. Proud of self for having green tea and no coffee this morning. yeah, it was the Kambuca stuff! Well...I didn't eat dinner last night. I didn't purposely do that, I just didn't have or make the time. So, regardless of numbers, I didn't make healthy decisions yesterday (and didn't drink enough water!) Today: egg/sausage/cheese scramble, HC in green tea - 5 tuna salad wrap and side salad-10 dinner at Pappadeaux. I looked up Pappadeaux online, no nutritional info, but I planned my meal ahead so I don't have to make any decisions there! I'm having boiled shrimp appetizer, and filet mignon with broccoli and asperagus, no garlic mashed taters. don't need 'em, don't want 'em! Also, there is this cheese fondue we always get...I'm taking my friend for her bday...and do you think I can eat it if I don't put it on bread? just a taste? with a fork? we'll see....

| Thanks, A! I had a few more cashews today, but not like yesterday. I have to go "down the hall" AGAIN! literally pouring the water in. Why is it that the more water you drink, the more thirsty you are??

| Well, I didn't do really bad at Pappadeaux, had 2 bites of bread and a questionable cream sauce, but overall, I think I did fine. I'm going to test with the sticks tomorrow and be sure I'm still in ketosis. AND I'm going to make it to 96 oz water today! only 32 more to go!!! and it's only 2pm!! b-omlette, 1tbsp hc in tea (measuring it now!) 5 s-cashews-6 l-tuna wrap-7 d-either egg/sausage/cheese scramble, or left over fish-2-5 doing good!!

| GOOD NEWS!!! I weighed this morning, down 4 or 6. I stepped off and on the scale 50 times and it kept going back and forth. It was on 176 more than 174, but I don't care. I'm going with 175! that's 5! I had hoped for a little more, but I'm just going to be happy with a loss since I ate cashews and went out and overboard. b-7 omlette and hc in grn tea s-cashews-6 l-LC tortilla w/ ham and cheese-3, cucs with ranch-3 dinner-egg/sausage/cheese scramble-2 total 21. not too bad... in other good news: doing great with the water, and the green tea. Cooler weather makes me happy! Still in the pink on the strips even with the cashews and eating out. It's FRIDAY!!!

| Oh no, Maxi! I hate that!!! Computers suck! Here it is Tuesday, I don't post much on the weekends, just too much going on I guess. But I stayed on track all weekend and even ate SEVERAL salads! (kim!!!) Feels good eating right, getting in my water and my green tea. might add in the ACV and sea salt soon...we'll see. I'm not weighing again until Friday, I did so a couple times over the weekend and was kind of disappointed. Not to the point of throwing up my hands and eating some ice cream, but kind of saddened. I'm wanting this weight off yesterday and I have to really practice patience. I think Fridays are good weigh days. ok, gotta go drink some more water...
