| thanks, Heather. Today I brought some egg salad to work. HB eggs, olives, mayo, mustard, s&p, and paprika. It's pretty good! and I brought lettuce and LC tortilla to make a wrap! YAYE FRIDAY!!!!

| Thanks Rob. I'm honestly not in a very good place right now. I'm up again ![]() and so I'm down again ![]() and honestly don't know how to get out of it. I don't seem able to stick with a plan, WW, LC, etc. And I can't force myself to exercise for anything. I will try to come back with a new attitude, new motivation, new something. I just keep thinking "if I get that other job, I'll be close to the gym, i'll go." or "If my dh didn't have chips in the house, I'd do better" or any number of things to delay/derail myself. It's frustrating. Nice new smiley collection, btw.

| Heather, focus on only one thing. Either your plan, or exercise. Then add the other after you've gotten the first down pat. I personally always put the eating plan first, but it's just because I've never been much of an exerciser. I hope you find your way. All of us know how much healthier we are following our plans. And we all want YOU to be healthy, too, because we really like you. |

| Heather, I've found that when getting into the groove is proving difficult, taking an apporach similar to what Nita suggested is helpful. Picking something small to start, just doing it and feeling good about it, and working your way back in without trying to do everything at once.
