| Well...Here I am, back again, and back to original weight. I had surgery in June, and just stopped LC all together, and started FF. That's fast food, not fat free. I am uncomfortable in my skin, have no clothes that fit, and refused to buy any! Lastly, I am very embarrassed. I almost changed my screen name because I didn't want everyone to know I was back and back up there. But here I am, and I'm back on the wagon. I started on Saturday, and managed to resist hot dog buns and chips at a kid birthday party, so I figure that's a pretty good start! Heather 180/180/145. minigoal-160 by Thanksgiving.

| hahaha! all those jumping smilies will motivate anyone!!! I don't know what I'm doing about dinner right now, hopefully it will be good. Maybe tuna...that's already made!

| Go for a nice Tuna Steak. Grilled with olive oil & fresh ground pepper. Mmmmm. I love that. Tastes like a regular steak.

| Ended up at kfc for the roasted chicken breast. it was SO GOOD!!! Today: omlette for bfast-5 coffee w/ heavy cream-2 omlette at ihop-10 (?) tuna for dinner! someone brought cookies to work. I'm NOT having one!

| WB HeatherRene-Don't be embarrassed! I am happy to see you again. I have finally been here at LCE long enough that I know someone who has returned! You know this works and I know you can do it. It is so easy to let the carb creep sneak up on you, isn't it? I have regained some of mine too but we can just keep plugging away at it! Nice to see you again and hope to see you posting often!

| Stupid hurricane! That Rita was headed straight for my hometown, so some friends from there were going to stay with me. So I went ahead and bought Cokes and comfort foods, sandwich stuff, etc. and started eating it. Then they called, they had been sitting in traffic for 13 or 14 hours and were still not half way here. So, they turned back. I drank the cokes, ate some of the food. I'm starting back tomorrow. again.... :-(

| Thanks, Maxi, that'd be great. And thanks for the encouragement from you too, Kim. Today is the restart. bfast: 3 eggs, 1 slice cheese (but it was fat free, so 2!) total: 5+1 for heavy cream in coffee lunch: salad with grilled chicken, olives, avacado and ranch 6ish carbs dinner: ? 12+8 for dinner...and I'm off and running!

| Hi Heather, I am glad you liked my mantra and thanks for visiting my journal and introducing yourself. I was kind of embarrassed :o about restarting too, but it seems like with the great support and motivation at this site, we can try and move forward without looking back. Our goal till New Year is almost the same, I want to loose 22 lbs till then. You are off to a great start . I am sure you will make it.Good luck

| I AM IN CONTROL! heavy cream in coffee-3 salad-3 dinner...woohoo, 14 carbs!!! just kidding, going to have some sort of snack so I don't pig out for dinner, but I think we might do wendy's so I can get a triple meat cheeseburger and toss the bun!

| um...notsomuch. :-( I did stay within the carb limits, but no veggies to speak of! I will do better this week. Today: bfast-omlette and hc in coffee-7 lunch-tuna salad on cucumbers-4 dinner-? We are going to the grocery store today...so maybe I'll find something interesting there. Proud of self for sticking to it over the weekend. Will weigh on Friday to boost motivation for next weekend.
