Day 7/100 going well so far. I did not do my half an hour of treadmill this morning since I was on treadmill last night and therefore did not want to over do it. I will try and get it done this evening.
So my stats uptil now are Day 6/100, current wt 142 lb, wt lost 4 lb
This is what I am starting my new year with. I am sooo glad that I was able to loose these 4 lbs before the start of the new Year so my starting wt is a little lower, if I would have not controlled my self after Christmas, I would have actually gained another 5 lbs till new Year.
Onward and forward with day # 7/100.

    Day 8/100
Doing good so far. Have a lot of stuff to do for school. Will have to try hard to get the time out for exercise. Lets see how much I can get done today.
I was just reviewing my posts and I was 140 lbs in October of last year. I am 2 lbs away from that right now. I need to work hard to get back to that to cover up the damage done in last 2-3 months. Onward and forward with day # 8

    Day 10/100
I am not getting my exercise done regularly now a days and am kind of frustrated about it. I know it may sound like an excuse, but I am really not finding the time for it. The school schedule is kind of tough now a days and hope fully I will be able to get back on track soon.
Eating is ok, but I think that I should control on the portions a little.
I will try my best to behave, I promise!!:(

    Day 11/100
Here is why I am having an exercise issue. Well, I have to go for clinicals in hospitals for my master's studies. The hospital that I am going to now a days (and will continue to go to for next couple of months) is a long commute for me. I have to wake up at 4 am to get there on time in the morning. I face traffic on my way back home and then go straight to the library near my home to study for a couple of ours before I can go home where I have a 3 year old daughter eagerly waiting for me so that she can finally spend some time with me. I hate to take time away from her to get on the treadmill. Moreover, I feel so drained by the time I get home that I hardly have any energy left to get on the treadmill. In the past I have been waking up at 4am and then do a 30 min treadmill before getting ready in the morning. However, now since this hospital is soooo far, I would have to wake up at 3:30 am to get my half an hour on TM, I don?t know if I can do that and still be functional throughout the day . There is no harm trying I guess??? Its just soooo hard to go back to school for further education and handling family with it. Taking care of yourself just has to go on back burners sometimes.

After all of that being said, I did go to the mall after clincials today (to get something quick for my daughter) and then thought of it as an opportunity to get my walk done in doors. I did brisk walk around the mall for 30 min and in the process bought myself 2 good shirts on sale.

Planning to eat an early dinner today and am controlling my food protions. Onward and forward towards the end of this day...

    Day 13/100
Today I am doing vigorous house cleaning and cooking because I know I will have to study all day tomorrow. I will try and see if I can get on the treadmill tonight.

After the thorough cleaning and cooking mission yesterday, I was able to do dance aerobics video with my 3 year old daughter (she just jumps around with me) and also worked on the treadmill for half an hour last night.

    Day 14/100

The scale showed another 2 lb loss this morning.
    My current stats are 146/140/125

Got my 30 min of treadmill done this morning. It is soo nice to get that out of the way early in the morning. I am camping in the library for most of the day today.

You do have a lot of ambition, and energy. And don't you just love dancing with a little one? They don't ever judge you, no matter how you move. They just go along with whatever you do.

    Hope you day is good.

Thanks for visiting my journal Nita. You are so right about dancing with a little one. I am also usually just jumping around like my daughter and we both have a nice time doing that together

alright, getting out of the library at 7:45 pm, hungry and not in the mood of exercising. Need to be in control of my eating. I know this can be dangerous. I need to know my limits with food. Lots of water and slow bites. Lots of aims and ambitions to be wasted over food. Keep in control...

    Day 15/100
wow half a month has already passed since starting back on track and I am 6 lbs down. This seems to be going well.
Today has started good. I did my half an hour treadmill this morning. Actually 35 mins to be exact (I am trying to beat my husband's record - he did 34mins yesterday and so I did 35 mins today , I WIN, I WIN).

I read somewhere yesterday "Don't count days, but make every day count". Yes! we all are making each and everyday count and trying our best to move one more step toward our goals.
