Never seen Monty Python, I am truly shocked. But then again I used to be able to perform complete scenes from the Holy Grail...can you say obsession?

Anyway dinner was low carb except for a couple of cubes of my DS's jello not SF. Wish I could say that my birthday dinner had been Greek MIL free, but alas no.

Hi Biddy, Thanks for the birthday wishes, back at you as well. I remember we used to have something else in common when I was living back in Ohio. We have since moved to the MOntreal area for now.

Oh, I did read you left the state. I hope Montreal is a better fit for you. My husband used to travel there for business. He always thought it was a neat town.

And if I remember correctly we both loved Velvet Revolver at the time!

Oh Yeah, too funny. I still love Velvet Revolver. My almost 7yo DS also loves them. I hear they may be coming out with a new album this year.

Eating today was pretty good, not induction level but still good. I am starting back at the gym tomorrow, after my 45 day doctor ordered hiatus, so induction levels are way too low for the type of workouts that I do.

Woo Hoo finally made it to the gym today after, gasp...2.5 months off for medical reasons. 30 minutes on the Stairmaster and lower body weight training. It felt great to sweat!! Eating on plan so far today, but need more water.

I didn't lose too much aerobically because we walk pretty much everywhere here in St-Lambert. However, the set back in my weight training was considerable.

Hi Libby! Wanted to pop in and say hi. I'm impressed with your ability to get back up on the exercise horse - after 2.5 months I wouldn't be able to do it. Heck, I'm having a hard time just motivating myself to walk! Keep up the good work!

Eddie the key to exercise is to find something you enjoy whether its is walking, roller skating, playing ping pong. The most important thing to do is to just get moving.

For some reason the movie Madagascar just popped into my head with the lemers having a dance party...".I love to move it, move it, I love to move it move it."
