Eating was on plan except for a couple of glasses of wine, (who can open a bottle, put a cup into the beef burgundy and not finish the bottle, lol.) 2.5 glasses will not kill me. Probably burned at least 300 cal during my workout, plus I got in an extra 1.5 miles of walking today.
Total Cal 1738
Fat: 100 899 56%
Carbs: 60 155 10%
Fiber: 22 0 0%
Protein:95 378 24%

38 net grams of carbs. Boy can you say I am not doing induction here?

Hey Libby! thanks for the update on the new album - I'll definitely look for it!

Great job on getting back to the gym. I'm not nearly as dedicated as you sound, but it really does feel good to sweat. I never thought I'd say that. I do treadmill walk/jogging each morning, and the resistance ball on odd days. That ball is really the most fun with exercise I've had. It feels like fun, so I think that's why I keep at it.

Anyway, hope your days are going well, and I'm with ya on the wine!

Stepped on the scale the morning and I am down a half a pound to 153.5, yeah exercise!

What to have for breakfast...eggs, bacon and rapine, oh yeah and my coffee.

Just got back from day 2 at the gym. 30 minutes on the stairmaster (it was much more difficult this morning after yesterday's leg workout) and completed my upper body routine. Total time about 50 minutes.

Libby - You're doing great at the gym and in the weight loss department! The occasional glass or two of wine is just fine. I lost over a hundred pounds drinking wine 2 and even 3 times some weeks.

Libby: Just popped in to say to a fellow Canadian. You're really doing great. And I agree with Rob on the wine. We can't deprive ourselves of everything.

Rob, thanks for the thoughts.
Donna, well I am not really a Canadian. I am a US expat living in Montreal with my Canadian husband. But thanks for the howdy.

As for the wine I don't always stop at just one or two, especially with a really good bottle of wine. Only thing going for me here is that alcohol is so stinking expensive I seldom buy it unless it is on sale (deeply discounted).

Stepped on the scale this morning and it was 152. I am quite surprised, was not expecting it to drop 1.5 pounds since yesterday. Well since this is my first week back at eating clean it is probably mostly water. But heck I'll take it for now.

Made it to the gym again today. 30 minutes on the stairmaster and 25 minute lower body weight training.
