Thanks Rob. Todays consumption numbers are not as pretty, but it is Friday and I had a couple of glasses of wine. Plus I was really hungry today so I ate.

Hi, Libby. Sorry I haven't visited before. Nice to meet you. You picked the right place to come back, and your stats look like you are doing quite well. Keep it up.

Thanks for stopping by Nita and nice to meet you as well.

I am up rather early this morning as I had to get DH out the door for a long roadtrip to Toronto. I know me and I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep at this point. I will pay for it later today.

Stepped on the scale and couldn't believe that I am down another pound to 150.5. I am not even doing induction levels but I must have gotten the excess carb out of my system fairly quickly. I know I didn't lose this quickly my first time around on a true induction back in 2003.

LIBBY!! :jumpgreen

You are really doing great!!

Fell asleep around 8pm last night...just exhausted from the week. Naturally, paying the price by finding myself wide awake at 4am. If I'm not careful, I'll be turning into ROB!!

The weight has just been peeling off at lightning speed. This time around has got to be the gym workouts. On my original induction back in 2003 when I had a lot more to lose I only lost 6 pounds. Back then I was working full time and was commuting about 1.5 to 2 hours per day so there was little to no time for getting to a gym.

OK I was really out of control last night. I don't know what got into me. After I posted my totals for the day I started feeling really hungry so I ate about 3 oz of mozzarella cheese. Then later I was sitting watching a movie with my DS and wouldn't you know his cookies ended up in my mouth. Unconscious munching is all it was. I think I ended up with about 4 of those vanilla cream wafer. Oh well today is a new day.

I was up a half pound this morning but I will attribute that to my slacking off on water, the cup of blueberries and the late night crap.

I have been good today.
B: 2 eggs + 4 slice bacon, 3 mugs half caf + cream
L: Large spring mix salad w/ham and cheese, green tea
D: Not yet decided

Yeah DS is a cutie but he can also be a holy terror at times. Can't imagine where he gets his temper, (sarcasm on).

Thanks for the compliment, in that picture I am 20 pounds less than my high weight of 174 but 14 away from my goal of 140.

Hey...that 14 will be gone before you know it!! I'm so jealous...you have skinny ankles!! My extra weight is truly ruled by gravity...everything going to ground...hence...chunky ankle syndrome...
