 Re: Trying to Walk and Chew Gum Simultaneously Plus the biggest expense was the earthbox and i should get to use it again and again. Nice array of veggies. My sister's BF infoprms me that there is an abundance of spaghetti squash ready to be given away!!!!!

I have listened to that CD more than any other this season (well, ok, A Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack is probably #1, but yours is a close 2nd!). Hope you are having a happy holiday!

| Re: Trying to Walk and Chew Gum Simultaneously OMG! I forgot I left my journal open.  I've been in a kind of "non-journal" frame of mind for the last several months. Lots of work related writing going on and very little incentive to write when I get home. Following my last entry, little Erik blew out his other knee, had surgery, and has made a very nice recovery. He was released from confinement on Christmas Eve and went in and out of the house about 16 times within the first couple of hours. Probably testing to see if it was for real. Actually, this most recently injured leg looks to be about 90 percent returned and will be his "best" back leg. The first one tore all the ligaments instead of just two and it's stable but pretty stiff. After his numerous short excursions he got himself up on the bed with his two siblings and uncle Brutus, sighed "God bless us, every one", and promptly went to sleep. The gates are down and I'm no longer the "doorman" letting critters in and out to "visit" with each other. Life is good. Thanks for the holiday cheer! And I'll add my own, belated, but no less heart felt wishes for a happy holiday season to all.  p.s. Glad you enjoyed the cd, Eddie.
