And???...any good advice from our illustrious 'house' therapist??

Her indifference is actually therapeutic. ... oh, yeah. She gets to lay down on the couch for all sessions. As you can see, in clement weather, she prefers planters. I believe she would prefer if I got OFF the couch when I try to tell her my innermost thoughts.

"Go catch a mouse" she seems to say. "Find yourself a milk carton tab and play hockey." "Try to catch the dog's tail" "... oh, and yeah, while you're up, get me a piece of cheese."

I am now on my third day of serial frustration at work. Is there a full moon or something? All the weirdos are descending on the court and I can't get a decent conference together for the life of me. I've never had such a packed schedule with so many important players AWOL.

... and the weather! Cold & windy. Days like this make me look forward to getting old. I'll retire and move to the deep south. I'll live in the bayou in a shack with a bunch of cats and a dog, and everyone will think I'm a witch and stay away. Just have to figure out how to keep the alligators away from my cats.

I'll fish when I feel like it and learn to play the accordian. I'll hang with the Cajuns and learn to speak fractured French. Maybe play in a zydeco band on Saturday nights. Eat crawfish and red beans without the rice.

Something like that.

I think I did see a full moon out last night!

Like your bayou plan!! I had a similar idea...except I was gonna move to the isolated back country of WVA and build a still and shoot 'revanooers'...and I was hoping the local kids would believe I, too, was a witch!!

Now, the WVA has always been an alternative plan for me. Even if they do get something like winter, it wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to go anywhere if I didn't feel like it!

I know how to build a still, too!

'xactly, Nita. Although I do allow myself an occasional half an ear of corn, but only when it's in season locally. (short season, LOL!)

All right Maggie, is there anything you can't do? You seem to be the most rounded, talented person I've met! Plus, I just saw an ad on TV that had Susan Sarandon in it and I realized how much the two of you look alike.

BTW - I got the CD on Saturday - was too sick to let you know then it slipped my mind. I'm going to wait until the holidays to listen, but looking at the set list I can tell it's going to be just my kind of cd!
