Nita, thanks for the advice. I don't know how I'm going to eat eggs without a lot of salt on them. That's how I've always eaten them whether they're deviled, scrambled, fried or in egg salad. Living with less salt is going to be hard. I hope it doesn't make me cranky. Of course I thought living without candy bars would be hard and now I don't even want any anymore.

Hi Rob, your comment cheered me up. Thanks. I'm not quite back to myself yet but I'm working on it. Have a good night.

I just found out today that I have jury duty in September. Usually, in our county you get called for duty but they cancel at the last minute. Weird.

Last night we were talking with friends about eating healthy and what that means. I found it interesting that their idea of eating healthy is to cut out sugar, chemicals, eat more fruits and vegetables and good healthy meats. They didn't mention desserts as being healthy. Sounded like they were leaning towards low carb eating, at least the maintenance part of low carb. Way to go! Now I just need to get my daughters to eat more healthy foods.

Chris - Sometimes we need those breaks or it starts seeming like a chore. Hope you're having a great weekend!
