Well been sick all week but it's getting better. the pills make it so I don't feel like eating much. so I lost 3 pounds this week 324. Nice. I take it anyway I can get it. I'm at work so I just was checking in. It's raining now but should clear up here tomorrow afternoon. then I'm driving down to the jersey shore to campout. have a good holiday weekend everyone.
