| 204.5 lbs. Uh, oh...Made the mistake of allowing a few alcohol drinks (rum and diet coke) over a weekend while laden with sinus congestion. It actually popped the weight up a little more than expected. Still on a good eating regimen, though...but been too tired to work out since Sunday. It's all related... Mort

| 205.0 lbs. Good day yesterday...took the rum away to jump start the surge yesterday. Great workout, good food day, extra water drinking...we've eaten a lot of the KFC Grilled Chicken in the last couple of weeks. Yummy. Mort

| 201.5 lbs. Surging! A great workout with extra cardio added in. Hey, Phat. The DW and I are cruising for 5 days to Bahamas, leaving from Jacksonville, FL. We are multiple cruisers, and don't have any food restrictions while on it. So, I try to be in a good position before leaving in order to be a guilt-free splurger. My surge is merely an increased focus on drinking more water, added exercise, and less cheats (like my beloved rum & diet cokes!). Mort

| 201.5 lbs. still, semi-surge! I've been in a training class the last 2 days at work, and we've had heavy rain from a tropical storm (Ida) passing through Charlotte. We lost power for a few hours, but it came back on about 6 PM.
