Default A journal Entry A Day.........

OK....Here I am. I know that I will not be judged by anyone on here because everyone is going throu the same battles. Some of us more than others but we all just do what we can do and well, really that is all I can hope for. So not to put myself down anymore, and although I have given up in the past here I am, making another attempt. Funny how I know that this works for me, it is not a quick fix, or magic, a little common sense and knowlege goes along way.

I have gotten there before and I know that I can be strong enough to suceed again. So I will try to keep a dedicated journal when I can, I want no pressure on myself or I will just head towards the inevitable. So tomorrow is the big day and thats when I will start my new, revitalized journey to a body I can accept as my own.....See you tomorrow.

PS : If any of you ever wanted to know what I look like, I posted my pic in my profile :o

Okay so Here we go....

Day 1

Breakfast :
Egg whites (2)
2 strips Bacon

Lunch:
Piece of cheese
chicken breast (was going to be a salad to but here is the stupid part that I forgot that the sald and chicken were both in there in the microwave, and, well I wasn't going to eat my cooked salad....man sometime I wonder about myself......lol...)

Dinner:
chicken breast, squash,asparagus

I did drink lots of water today and had one diet soda. I was feeling kinda nauseated but I think that was because of the whole salad thing. I made a bet with my Co Worker that IF I cheat or don't bring my lunch and prove I am eating well, I have to buy him a lottery ticket for each offense....lol.

Later Gators....

Day 3

Breakfast: God bless the Minute Muffin!!

Lunch: 2 eggs, 2 pc bacon

Dinner: chicken ceasar salad

snack: 4 pepperettes, a handful of pork rinds

Feeling better today, A bit sick this evening but I think it is because of the lack of any carbs today before dinner. It has been a busy day so I was lucky to get anything really. Seems like this induction period this time is going much smoother this time since I have decided to commit to it fully.

I looked at your picture in your profile. You should use that for your avatar, you are a very pretty young lady.

As I looked at your menu, I noticed that on the days you didn't feel well, you didn't eat much, and on the days you felt better, you ate more. I find that if I don't eat enough, I get queasy, even get indigestion (and hiccups!). Perhaps you need to eat a little more every day.

It's good to see more and more people accepting low carb as a healthy way to eat, isn't it?
