I was reading a journal just now and saw how long it took the person to get down to her goal weight and I had to ask myself, will I be able to go that long. Especially after I go home. I am very lucky in that I hold my weight well, well up until about 180 pounds and then it depends on how much exercise I've been doing. In the past I have gotten to about 165, at this point I could fit all size 12's and some 10's, and just stopped. I don't know what happens, well actually I do. I get a case of the cutes. Meaning I think I'm too cute. Instead of trying to maintain I just go back to eating whatever it was that got me to where I started and then bam, I'm back over 190 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well this time I'm determined to stay on course. Even when I return home from this deployment. I WILL make the time to work out and eat on plan!
Thanks for stopping by CD. I understand about the snacks. My roommates here had cookies the other day and I just had to have one. Then they are always throwing candy back and forth. Oh and the worse is when I come in from the Chow Hall and they are eating the regular food, sometimes to include desert. Oh well this is me and I'm determined to do this for my sake!
