I had a very non-LC weekend trip to SoCal. I'm on task again today. Today is gym day. I'm also up to my eyeballs in my "game" 4 more weeks to go. This has been one heck of a roller coaster ride. My Buddy got himself fired from the team this week. Now I will be connecting with another pair of buddies. Thanks for stopping by Nita & Rob.

    See ya!

Helllo Kim! Long time no see. I haven't been on much lately. Thansk for all that stop by.
Yesterday was a total bust on eating. Mostly LC. That was good. The quantity was let's say, I enjoyed Thanksgiving to the max.

My 90 day game of life is ending soon. Next week is a formal dinner Acknowledgment night. I will be wearing my Tuxedo. "I make this look gooood."

Last Monday was my "coffee" presentation. With the help of my team I had a successful one. Things are going very well for me now that I am just enjoying the process.
Liz & I went for a ride on the Big Orange. We picked up a GPS unit for a great price.
Today is get my dirt bike ready for a ride tomorrow. The temps here have crashed. 30's at night & 50's in the day. Last week it was 50's - 70's.
Now where are my thermal underwear? It takes a little for me to get accustomed to temp changes.

I hope everybody had a wonderful Thanksgiving and will have a Great Family day today. No shopping for me.

Been quite the busy week for me. I'm not getting anywhere near the scale. It will surely have foul words to say to me. The Holiday season for eating and other activities is in full swing already. I'm closing in on the final week of my 90 day game. Today is a lunch meeting with my team. Tomorrow is an all day activity out in the desert. Liz & I are a checkpoint for an off-road race. Then Sunday is filled up with A breakfast that I am hosting for my team and then a formal event. That means me in a Tuxedo. "I make this look Gooood." Then on Monday is a Beer & Pizza party/team meeting. Hmmm, not very LC.

Next weekend is our "3rd weekend" that includes and overnight trip. What an experience this has been. I'm already looking back and identifying how I functioned and how I want to shift based on what worked and what didn't.
By the end of next week my Liver is gonna need a rest.

    Well off to the races...

    Tom

Hi Rhonda! Thanks for stopping by.
I made it thru my last weekend of my 90-day game of life. What a roller coaster.
There is a Dr. Seus book that is used in our game. It really does match up with life. Especially this last 90 days... "Oh the Places You'll Go."
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oh,_the_Places_You'll_Go!

I spent the last weekend in Southern Utah. It was absolutely beuatiful. Snow everywhere. Funny thing was on my return last night. It was colder in Vegas than it was up in Utah with Snow. Very windy here.

So, now it is time to take what I have learned about myself and how I "play" the game of life, and put it to use around me.

I've arranged to make X-mas & New Years into 4-day weekends. Not quite sure what to do with them. May just take Liz for an overnight bike ride to So. Utah or something.dance2

    See ya!

    Tom

I just popped back in after Christmas. Thanks!
The new site looks awesome! Dixie does great work.

Liz set up a beautiful X-mas Eve for us. Just us. Sent everybody away.

She set up candles in the back yard in the shape of a heart and we dressed up for the evening. Me in my Tuxedo and her in a her finest. We danced to music under the stars and in the center of the candle heart.

Then we had a candlelit dinner. It was amazing.

It looks like her commitment to our relationship is in full bloom. dance2

I expect for me to discuss with her that in 2008 we should both commit to getting these extra pounds off. I have an April 23rd surgery date for both my knees to be replaced. Liz has shoulder surgery set for Feb 13th. It will be important for us both to take care of ourselves.
Most important is to get our health up so as to increase the time we have together. We have been married for over 25 years. I would just love for us to live to have yet another 25.

I'm taking Liz to see AVP-R this afternoon. I will be good and Nooooo popcorn. I promise!

    Tom
