January 3rd was day 3 and I noticed the usual energy gain.

It carried over to day 4 and I took down Christmas tree and decorations and cleaned house all day (laid off from work, wife makes me do it LOL)

    DAY 4

About 11:30 am (first meal) 2 salmon filet's cooked in the nu wave oven, didn't really care for it and I love salmon if prepared right. Some broccoli and carrots steamed in microwave, diet Pepsi.

About 1:00 pm- Snacked on a couple olives, 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, 2 slices of hard salami and a diet Mt. Dew.

4:00 pm- We went for our 1 mile walk. We are keeping up with the 1 mile a day, 4 days 4 miles!

5:30 pm- 2 jalapeņo and monterey jack cheese burgers again cooked in the nu wave oven (really drains the fat), broccoli and carrots steamed in microwave, 1 dill pickle spear and 2 glasses of water.

9:00 pm- Snacked on some peanuts and a diet Mt. Dew.

Need to add more water but I feel like I'm getting a craving for it a little more.

I started the 1st at 345 lbs. and I'm not going to way myself until the 14th.
And I'm going to stay on a 2 week weigh in.

    Day 5

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Did ok until my friends and family came over to watch OUR OHIO STATE BUCKEYES lose another BCS bowl game

Actually did bad all day by only eating 1 time between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm

10:00 am- 3 scrambled eggs and about 3/4 of the jalapeņo burger from last night, 2 strawberry's and a diet Dr. Pepper.

then I fell apart (because I went all day and not eating enough ) I had about 5 slices of pizza, 22 oz frozen Margarita, a piece of chocolate cake

Didn't walk our mile today...SO...we will have to walk 2 miles tomorrow!!!!

    NO PROBLEM!!!

Well, after cleaning up the mess from the party, the wife and I were watching t.v. and DietTribe came on. (Lifetime network)

We felt guilty for cheating and not doing our walk for the day....so at 2:30 IN THE MORNING!!!!LOL We did our 1 mile walk LOL Felt a little better about having such a bad day.

So thats 5 days 5 miles

Great going on the walking, btw.

    Day 6

Woke up late after our late night/early morning walk lol

Noon- had 5 wings left over from last night and a Coke zero.

3:00 pm- snacked on some pork rinds and a diet coke zero.

7:00 pm- 2 chicken breasts, steamed broccoli and carrots and a coke zero.
(Chicken breasts- I got creative and took a bowl and poured about a 3/4 cup of salsa and about a 3/4 cup of ranch dressing and about 1 tbspn of mustard, mixed all together and poured it over the boneless skinless chicken breasts and baked it at 350 for 45 min...PRETTY GOOD!!!)

Going for my walk around 8 pm.

That will be 6 days and 6 miles!
