I'm so glad to hear that you got new shoes. My DH bought me some new ones over a week ago. Makes walking less of a chore. Wouldn't want painful feet stopping you from being active on the walking thread. We'd miss you!!!

Ahhh, Saturday....

Well despite all efforts this week, the scale is not moving. I am noticing changes thou so I am not to discouraged. I am feeling absolutly great for one and loving the walking everyday. I am so glad that I joined the walking challenge, it keeps me faithful so that I can report in and encourage others as well if I can.

My ketosis strips are still burgundy and I am thinking that my water intake should be higher so I am going to work on that this week. I did my walk today early to get it out of the way of the saturday and I think I will do the same tomorrow. Anyway I hope everyone has a great day and I will see you Sunday with my report.

Saturday Walking:

4.5 K
1h 10min

Tues--

today was all good. I reintroduced some strawberries into my diet and I will take note if I think that it is interfearing with the plan at all or slowing me down. I have been drinking way more water thou. I used a post on here to figure out how much water I should be drinking and I wasn't drinking enough so I am adjusting to it. Other than that everything is good. I had to work late tonight but went for a walk as soon as I got home, since I have to walk before supper by the time I got home I was hungry...lol.

Walking:

2.5 k
30 min

Strawberries are a great addition, if they don't stall you. For me, it's too easy to overdo on berries.

Great going on the water!

Thanks guys, yep feeling much better but I think I am going to have to stop the weight loss challenge and go to maintainence since me a DH are going to try to have a baby!!! I don't want to risk anything and I am going to continue my walks and eating LC in a safe non induction way. It is great that there is info on the forum about this. So tonight went for a walk and started introducing a few non lethal carbs back in.

Walk.
3.5 km
