Susie - No problem. Hope to find something healthy at the restaurant today. A bit worried because it's a locally owned Mexican restaurant (no online nutritional info) but I'm going to just have a taco salad and skip anything high carb that comes with it. I put it into fitday and can be figured into my day just fine. Must get in exercise today and weight training then not get upset if the scale shows a gain. Salty foods! My mom gives such wonderful presents and with her mothers day present sister and I will get today I will be so distracted that I won't overdo it.

What a great day! Used dad's b-day money he send me and some money I saved up for a day at the spa. Had a wonderful facial, deep hair condition treatment, hair cut and style. Feel fabulous! My sister was so impressed with the facial that she scheduled one for herself. She was there getting a pedicure while I was getting my hair done. We had fun. I'll be doing this again!

It really was great Rob!

This morning I woke up to my new haircut. Thicker bangs, hair cut into layers instead of one length. Good thing I like doing my hair because this is a style I'll have to do each day or it'll look horrible. What a fright I was before I showered - lol.

It's Mothers Day!! My fellow Sunday Preschool School teacher and I will be putting together jars with bath salts. She is so talented and found a nice lavender recipe.

My own special mothers day gift from the family is going to be a walk to the grocery store today. We'll go to the close one because it's only a few blocks away. We need to get some more milk for the kids. I've been mixing up powdered milk with it to make it last longer. The kids don't seem to notice thankfully. Yuck! It keeps me from eating all the cereal. Did I mention that we bought 21 boxes of cereal? I LOVE cereal but not with this milk. It was only $1 so we needed to stock up.

Today M and Charlie walked to the closest grocery store with me today. Was a few blocks and since it was nice (after yesterdays snow) I thought we get out. Was up at 5am for M to arrive from her Grandma's. I love babysitting that little girl. Nice that she naps so I get her company and then a little mommy time too during the day to get things done. Charlie had a bloody nose while he was sleeping so had some laundry to do today. What a fright he was this morning!

Thanks Mab. I'm glad that he isn't scared of his own blood like his big brother is. The wide eyes Jay gets and the howl he lets out makes it seem like he is dying. Charlie will wipe it all over his arm and be on his way. Yuck!

So good! We had a meeting tonight where we had to sign papers on where our house is going to be. I have an address! I can't wait to start building. I met our neighbors and would have picked these people if I had a choice of anyone of the group. Everyone else seems a bit crabby. New homes people, be happy!

Thank you Rob!! I learned that we'll have a ground breaking day where the Mayor is invited. We have gold shovels!! I'll have to do my best to keep the tears from coming and ruining my makeup. I am so excited that my emotions might get the best of me. Then the Mayor is invited to our Open House for another barbeque at the end too.
