Thanks guys!

Was a bit nervous this morning since I had buffet to go to yesterday. Not knowing how things are prepared I was for sure the scale was going to look rotten. Nope! 1/2 pound down and a non bloated belly. I had small potions and took my time eating, finishing last of everyone at my table even. Motivates me to stay on track today. Going to be hot - 86! I usually feel like cleaning and a diet soda on hot days. On cold days I like to sit on the couch to watch TV and eat. Like the hot days!

Rob - You are right! I actually look forward to Mondays because when school is in session DH and the kids are gone for a good 5 hours. At least when I don't have a little one to babysit. I get cleaning, relaxing and quiet time.

Mab - Hi!! I'm here. Seem to be working hard but getting no where now that 4 year old Charlie is out on Summer break and little M (3 years old) is here. I clean and clean but get no where. At least it's good for steps on my pedometer! lol

50% off everything at Salvation Army today. Spent $13 and bought clothes, perfect condition gifts for my nieces birthday (along with gift card to store), something nice for each of the kids, hair supplies and had a blast!!! Nothing like a good sale to make a gals week.

Hi Heather...isn't that just so sad for the Chapman family? What a terrible tragidy. I feel so bad for the teenage son who was driving. He has to somehow find a way to live with what has happened. Thank God they have their faith to hold them up.

Hi my friends! Thank you so much for stopping by while I've been away a few days. We had some friends in from out of town. I've been on track with my eating while we all went out to eat together. They are thin and watching them eat I can see why. They don't have to eat everything and don't eat fast or a lot. They might just rub off of me. They also like to work out. That could be a great influence on DH. They will be moving back here next week.

Yesterday was so much fun! Went to church and had a great time learning and then off to Sunday School with my kids. We have 2 new boys and are they in need of love it seems. They are very angry and won't listen. I work on gaining their trust. My class is just the place for them.

Watched Indiana Jones and it was pretty good. Not like Ironman or Narnia but good! We're looking forward to the new Will Smith movie where he plays an drunk Superhero. He looks pretty funny in it.

Was planning on exercising last night but the stormy weather made my head ache so I rested up instead. The scale was okay with that this morning too. Yeah!
