Re: 2008 babybluejay update  Hi gang!! The grocery prices have been crazy expensive the last few months. We have a set $$ each month and I use it wisely but lately we have been running short. Sure we have food but not a good variety of all food groups that we need for my boys. Bought some lettuce, lunch meats and salad dressing with my biolife $$ today. Bought some vanilla soy milk and decaf coffee for a nice treat for me too. If I don't get some sort of treat I risk me ordering in pizza or other junk.- Rob - Thanks! - Nita - Hi! - Mab - Combination of full moon and ketosis comes....

| Re: 2008 babybluejay update Hey Rob and Mab! Hope the weather is as beautiful there as it is here. We walked this morning and I wore one of my new Salvation Army find hats. It's a soft purple that has a little diamond on it. Pretty! Today is full of exercise. Just got done with elliptical and weight training. This morning walked ds home from school. Just got done figuring out how long of a walk it is and it's nearly 5000 steps. That's half a day of required activity right there!

| Re: 2008 babybluejay update I love hats, but seldom wear them. They make my head sweat and give me hat hair. But once in awhile I'll don one. Actually lost one of my favorite caps on vacation, don't know where it went. Enjoy your walks. I envy you being able to walk that much. I used to love walking the kids home from school. |

| Re: 2008 babybluejay update Nita - I'm so lucky to live in a state where I can walk. At least when it's not freezing. - Rob - I knew a lady who lost her pedometer so until she could buy a new one she counted each step she walked. Talk about determined or maybe it's obsessed with the steps.

| Re: 2008 babybluejay update With gas prices, I'm really watching my trips around town, trying to coordinate more stops in one trip out. Although I live in town, that's the worst kind of driving for mpg. They are saying more middle class families are having to turn to food banks, even the ones who used to be in position to donate food. Heather, popping in to say have a fun weekend with your family. |
