| Hi Lisa and Vickie! It's Monday morning and I woke up early and wanting to jump into exercise. The kids are out of school today so I put on my pedometer and plan on keeping on the weight vest until I shower right before DH comes home. Me lugging an extra 10 pound vest should burn off a bit of extra calories while I'm exercise, cleaning and being a mom. Going to be a great day! |

| Splitting up my exercise routine has been nice. I love my mommy time 3x a day. I lost all my binge Sunday weight plus another pound! All I have to do is lose 2 pounds a week until the last week of 1 pound. To March 15th - Biggest Loser style. - Went out to eat with family last night. It was last minute and I had no time to plan my food with the restaurant so I ate before I went. Family was a bit concerned when I told them I had brought my own dinner and jokingly took out 2 pieces of gum calling them dinner and snack. Then I had to rush to explain I had planned out my food for the day and already ate a high protein dinner before coming. I did have a diet soda and it hurt my belly. I have been caffeine free for 2 weeks but thought I'd have one glass. After that it was water. |

| Thank you Vickie!! I was hungry last night but ate plenty. I always know when I'm in binge mode and not really hungry because I don't want vegetables or healthy food but junk only. So, I went to bed early last night and today met my 2 pound weekly goal! I'm so happy. Friday or Saturday I weigh in at my diet center so it's nice to just enjoy exercising and eating right with those 2 pounds hovering over me 2-3 days early. |

| Binge mode always just sneaks up on me! Boo! And it's there. So I try to have low or zero carb nibbles handy just for those times. Wow, Heather, you are doing great! |

| Thanks! That is a great idea. I really need to keep more pickles and sf jello available for those binge moments. I'm still sore from the hour of lower body weight training I did on Tuesday so I'm walking on my treadmill in exchange. Keep the muscles loose anyhow and keep my metabolism burning. 7 weeks left until final weigh in so I need to do my best! Hoping to lose ounces or even more pound(s) with this weeks weigh in. |

| I weighed in 1-2 days early at LAWL and lost 3 pounds!! I'm a week ahead of schedule with now 12 pounds to goal and 7 weeks left to get there! I'm glad that I'm not forced to lose 2 pounds the last week now but can just lose 1 the final two weeks. Hope to continue a burst in weight loss because the closer to goal is the harder I'll have to push. Thanks Rob! I was thrilled with this weeks weigh in. My DH and DS2 went inside to see my before/after photo on the wall. I actually have 2 different before picture and then after ones they put up at the center. I've lost the most of any of those before/after photo's. I'm the winner because I was the fattest? lol Anyway, my family was so sweet this morning and DS1 said, mom I was to go in and see! I told him that probably Saturday since he had school today. My DH was so anxious to see it too. |
