Boy you know Mab, if I could market Motivation, then I would not only be a millionaire but I would have enough money to have a trainer whip me into shape... lol...

I got to the gym today (they finally had the pool open after two weeks) and weighed, so my signature has my current weight...While I was there I saw Paula who lost almost 200 lbs in the last three years on ww.... I know she was highly motivated, and kept up to her tracking... I just have to continue on and keep motivated, and watch out for those "just a little's" lol... anyway seeing her "skinny" make me want to be there also, and I know I will be... so my current goal is to get to 339...

today for breakfast was two hard boiled eggs with mayo, and three slices of cheese (one swiss, one havarti and one gouda)
lunch will be cabbage and kolbasi with some raw veggies (carrots and celery ) to munch on.
Not sure for dinner, might go out, but I am planning on a nice salad if we do go out....
otherwise, it might be left overs...

I am going to try to do Richard tonite, but we might have company (our traveling musician friend is due in tonite on his way to the Kerrville Fok Fest.. so not sure if I can get in richard tonite, I know I can get him in tomorrow am...)

I was a little disappointed with what the scale said, but I am not letting it hinder my motivation... I have to keep on with this way of life, and be responsible for what I eat.

thats it for now.
later

I'm glad Richard motivates you - because he annoys me to no end! LOL! No adult should be that hyper!

I hope your Mom can come for a visit, I know you'd really like that.

Hope you have a great weekend.

Are you going to Conroe to sweat? It sure is humid in that part of the state! However, I'm sure you'll enjoy your time there. Have a relaxing week.
