Let's see where to begin......I started following Atkins on April 5, 2005. In the beginning, the weight came off really fast...lost weight and inches, so I was certainly motivated to keep going. I lost 73lbs and then it slooooowwwwed down to a crawl. Not loosing anything, weight or inches. I've maintained what I lost, so it's not all bad. I have some more to loose, not sure how much, but I'll know when I get there.
I'm still following Atkins WOE. I feel much better than I have in a long time.
The one thing that I need to get moving again is my exercise. I was doing exercise two times a day, once in the AM and then again in the PM. Well, life got in the way of that and it hasn't been an easy thing to accomplish. I decided at the beginning of this year that I was going to make it a priority again, but it hasn't happened. I know that when I start that again, the weight and inches will come off, so what am I waiting for!
This is my fist time on this board. I visit other boards frequently, but guess I need some new perspectives. I'm hoping to find that here.
Looking forward to getting to know a lot of people on the same journey!
