It sounds as though your trailer is a continuing learning process. That's what makes it enjoyable, figuring out what you need to do to tweak it up.

Hope you're feeling better today. Take care.

I stayed home sick again today. Not enough energy to get out of bed. Keeping all the blinds closed. Where's my sunglasses?
Liz made us some scambled eggs w/cheese and a couple of pieces of multi-grain toast.
I'm sipping on green tea for the day.
Now if this Nyquil will kick in...

See ya...

Tom, Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Seems like everyone is getting sick, I guess it's that time of year. I haven't been feeling so great either. I get a cold this time every year, and just try to stay on top of it before it kicks my a.....!

Hope you are feeling better tomorrow. Keep drinking your green tea!

Back at work today. Still weak. As of this morning I had not made my milestone. I may be retaining some water from all the tea and fluids. I'll see tomorrow. Not exactly running on all cylinders today. I've got pages & pages of emails to sift thru.

Have a great day!

I sure hope you get your strength back soon. Have you noticed, though, that when you stick to low carb, even when you get sick, it doesn't last as long as when you were eating otherwise? I noticed that the first time I seriously did low carb. I never got a cold, in like 18 months, and I usually always got at least 2 a year. Come to think of it, I haven't had anything like that yet this winter. I really do think that cutting out the sugar strengthens our immune systems. I like the theory, anyway, even if I don't have anys science to back me up!

You and Liz take care of yourselves.

Tom, all those liquids are a pain, seems to take forever to be rid of them, hopefully you'll be rid of yours soon. Being up and moving around will definately help.

Check this out
A Low-Carbers dream

I'm feeling much better today. I got on the scale. Missing my milestone by just that much. Maybe by Monday. Of course that depends how much Super Bowl I get.

Liz is making Pork Chops for dinner. I think I put that in her mind when I sent her the link above.

Liz helped me unload the truck and trailer last night. Went pretty well. Tonight I'm stopping at the RV place to pick up some scissor jacks for the trailer. I want to install 4 of them so I can level it correctly. In the desert, very hard to find level ground.
Off to my duties...
Have a Wonderful Day!

Tom, that's definately a carb lovers dream. Definately interesting.

Glad to hear you're feeling better, and just in time for the weekend! Yep Super Bowl weekend! Bet a lot of people here will be calling off work Monday. Just wonder how many actually scored tickets to the game. I can tell you one thing, I won't be crossing the bridge into Tampa this weekend. Will be a traffic nightmare.

Been in meetings all morning. One to another to another...
Liz was gonna meet me for lunch. NOT! I had tuna salad instead. She's gonna meet me at the movie after work. We're gonna see the latest Underworld movie.

This weekend I plan on going out on the ATV to clean up a portion of the race course from last week. Then Sunday I'll do stuff around the house and on the trailer. Of course finish off with some Super Bowl.

Go Steelers!!

Have a Great Weekend!!

Had a great weekend. Went out on the ATV to finish clean-up of our race course. All done. Yesterday Liz & I went to the swap meet. The economy is even getting down to that level. I was surprised at how many empty spaces there were.

Later Liz & I watched the SuperBowl together. She was rooting for the Cardinals.
That was one great game. I was dissapointed in the commercials. I fully expected the National Anthem would be done in Soul fashion. I haven't heard it sung the way it was written in many many years.

I was able to break thru my milestone, only to pop just above it this morning. That's OK. At least I'm stable down near that level. That's an improvement from a month ago.
Just finished 2 Hard boiled eggs for BF.
Time to get going...

Have a Wonderful Day!

Hi, Tom. Glad you had a good weekend.

Boiled eggs.... I just ordered the Egg Genie I saw on TV. I put eggs on & then forget them, and they cook way too long. I figure if this works, it'll be worth the small investment. I like HB eggs for snacks, or egg salad once in awhile.

Have a great week!

It looks like I can accept making my milestone.
I've been at or below 250 for about 4 days.
Last nights dinner was grilled Salmon & spaghetti squash w/butter.
I had lunch with Liz at BWW. They have really good Chicken Ceasar Salad.
Just finished my 2 HB eggs for today. Liz is gonna make up some egg salad at home. The last dozen eggs got broken shell in my ice chest. Those egg protectors aren't enough protection for bumpy dirt roads.
I'm working on my to-do list to prepare for this weekends trip to Parker for the 425 off-road race. My friend is joining me.
Have a wonderful week!

Liz is making calls... We may have some new additions to our family:
Female Basset Hound needs a new home

Male Basset Hound needs a new home

Just heard back. The owners are bringing them over to visit tomorrow morning. If they bond well with Liz and our 2 existing, then we will have full house.
