| Saturday 011009 Breakfast 2 eggs/2 slices bacon and 1 slice American cheese. Lunch: Salad with chicken and cube of cheese shredded. Dinner Roast, 2 cups of greens (2tbsp)dressing. Hit the gym at 7 a.m. Kelly

| So far so good today. I posted my eating history under atkins. I have a real issue with sugars. Three weeks now without any junk foods. I wish I had found this place back then. But I'm glad I'm here n ow.

| Sunday Jan 11th. Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs 2 slices turkey bacon Lunch Salad, greens, chicken and sugar free, carb free dressing. Dinner Turkey burger with slice of cheese bowl of greens, dressing . Hopefully the snow stops so i can get to the gym! ![]()

| UGH, I've been sick with bronchitis. I've not eaten badly, but I've not eaten well either. Mostly just not eating. I've actually lost a couple lbs. But things are on the upswing. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back to the gym. Kelly

| Ugh. Finally back on my feet. The joys of working with a Doctor. Still coughing my lungs off but back to work and feverless! I did okay with the diet while sick. In fact I was not even hungry. I have lost a total of 15 lbs but I'm sure it's more because of not eating. Will see what the next week brings now that I'm back to my regular routine. Just didn't have a desire to eat. Oh well. Too bad I can' t be that way normally, LOL. I think 10 lbs is actual loss from starting low carb. What I did eat over the last week was low carb, not sugar. But still not enough so not a natural weight loss. :( Kelly

| Glad you're feeling better, Kelly. Bronchitis is rough. I've never had it, but I've had to put up with my husband when he had it. LOL! WTG on the 15 lbs, no matter how they came off! Just get back into your eating gradually, increasing your food intake so as not to shock your system. In fact, since you weren't eating much for a few days, don't be surprised if you gain back a bit when you start eating more food. It won't be the end of the world, it will just be your body adjusting to the increase in calories. Take care, enjoy the rest of your week.
