Thanks for the hug Sandi...I needed that. :-)

I have a stupid question, but I've gotta ask: how do you fry cheese? I would think it would melt in hot oil??? I LUV cheese and eat it almost every other day. I think I'd like it fried. Is it like a mozzarella stick without the breading?

Friday
got the bedroom almost done today,
Tomorrow we are supposed to have a yeard sale, but its talking rain.
it is so hard getting rid of stuff. We have to move in 2 years and no way can take this junk, but never theless it is hard.
My sister wants to get rid of everything one day, and nothing the next day. I just cant beleive how bad I screwed up things in our life. Choices I thought was for the good, werent in the long run.
I need to lose weight so I can do more stuff around and maybe get a job. BUt I am so limited at what I can do. No skills. sigh

then Jeff is leaving in 2 weeks, still killing me that he is leaving.
She is coming here and driving back with him, i am not sure i want to meet her,
I will be glad when he is gone, the stress of waiting for him to go, is harder.

well today
3 hb eggs
wendys stacker - no bun
2 teas
4 eggs for supper ( giving intestines a break today)
water

Hang in there Sandi. Plus, I think you better meet the girl, or you will be more worried when he's gone. Maybe she will be ok. I know you are a Christian, and the living with her thing must be killing you. Maybe meeting her will give you a chance to start a positive relationship, so you can be an influence on their lives. You can't do anything as the "wicked MIL, or M out of Law, but as a friend you can help. Also, our kids have to learn the hard way, just like we do. You can't stop them- but you can make it easier for them to come back if and when life has beat them up. God will always let us make stupid choices-- he will say "don't do this, it is not MY way, but when you go ahead and do it and get hurt he will gladly heal your wounds and take you back home. The prodigal son is one of the most powerful strories in the whole bible for me. I used to NOT get it, HEY! How come the GOOD son didn't get anything special? Maturity has shown me how amazing it is that HE wants me back in his house no matter what dumb things I do while I'm trying to run my own life. Oh well, not supposed to preach probably.

I am SOOOOOOOO PROUD of you for living through this stress and these hard times without burying yourself in food or carbs and sticking to the diet. I think when the stress slows down you will lose a lot faster, the hormone thing cause by stress really does poison us and slow down our weight loss.

Hang in there. Wish I could have a big yard sale-- or just the energy to take a bunch of junk to goodwill. I actually took books to used book store today. Amazing, for me.
TAKE CARE GIRLFRIEND AND GOD BLESS YOU!!!

Hello Suzy and Phat
Thank you for visiting!
I had a nice day doing errands with Jeff
I must sound like a spoiled brat, but I dont want him to go.
The girl sounds nice on the phone, and I am sure I will like her ok,
But she has issues I am worried about too.
She was on drugs, she takes meds for bi polar and anixaty, she is also leaning on Jeff much to much. Will this be a problem, I dont know. I hope not.
I am so glad I am in Ketosis, as it makes not cheating somewhat easier.
We have to figure out how to get well enough to get a job or some way to bring money in the house.
I need to be healthy so I can do something.
It all seems a little too late.
Sometimes I get so tired of the struggle to survive.

ok let me not be so down
I am cleaning and at least keeping with what we have done already
4 egg omelet some cheese
3 hot dogs
3 sauasages
2 teas with cream and splenda

yes I know no veggies today
some how it didnt work out to eat it.
water
oh 2 slices of swiss

Monday
Went to the school to deleiver the pizza notices, and a used to be friend snobbed me in the office, now, its not like this was the first time she done it, and I should be used to it.
But it annoys me no end.Why are people like this?
I want to stay away from this person, as she is a gossip, a very negative person, and it is never her fault, or her kids fault. I know she can start rumors and hurt me with it and the sad part is people would beleive her. Why are people attracted to people like that???

Other then that,
I think I have a head cold or something, sore throat, ear aches. Jeff is here too sick.
Wonderful.
I was hungrey a bit today, more then normal.
DOnt know why.

3 h.b eggs.
scrambled eggs with some veggies in it
turkey with mayo
stuffed peppers
water
and 2 teas

Maybe you were hungrier than usual because you're coming down with something and your body needs the fuel to fight it off.

BTW - ignore the ignorant...

Hi Sandi,

I'm hanging in there...no sooner did I give you advice on ignoring the ignorant did I get tested today by an ignorant co-worker. I wanted to choke her and I am not a violent person. Anywho, folks like us are sensitive by nature and that is why that kind of stuff bothers us.I'm trying to take the high road but sometimes it is hard. Did you make that fried cheese yet? :-)

Hey Sandi, what kind of work did you used to do? A good place to start when thinking of re-entering the job market is to refresh your resume. I can help you with that, if you like.
