| I'm starting a new journal today! I've completely fell of the wagon and now I'm ready to get back up! I am starting today at 191 (6 lb. gain for the month of June - yuk!) and have a goal of 181 by Labor Day. I am going to do a "mini induction" for a week and then keep my carbs at 30 per day (this normally works for me). I've bought some new weights and I'm going to do some type of exercises at least 3 days on the weekdays and 1 day on the weekend. Here we go (again)!!

| One day cheat free!! I also did 10 whole situps and 3 sets of exercises. Yeah!!!

| Another day cheat free - I think this is a record! I didn't exercise last night because of church and trivia night but my goal is to exercise 3 times during the weekdays so I'll exercise tonight. I wish the weather would cool down a bit so I can walk but the humidity is horrible! The scales showed I was down to 188 this morning but I don't want to change my sig. weight yet because I feel like that is just water retention - TOM is visiting this week! NOTE: I've done pretty well on my water intake. Tuesday I was able to drink 4 liters but not Wednesday. I'm working on my water intake for today so I will report back tomorrow!

| Another day cheat free! Still doing pretty good with my water intake but I've got to do better on exercising! We'll see how the weekend goes!

| It usually gets easier after the 3rd day, so good for you! I am currently on 4 challenges: the No-Binge on the Weekends Challenge, the 4-Week Challenge, the Labor Day Challenge (the one you are in), and the Race to 199. I also had a personal challenge for a "No-Cheat June". I did it! Just do what you are doing: taking it one day at a time. See ya in the Labor Day Challenge!

| I didn't do so great this weekend but didn't do really bad either. At least the scales didn't go up! I'm going to try for another good week like last week!

| I did not do well at all last week but I'm starting this week off with a bang! Hubby is joining me in trying to drop a few pounds so we will see how it goes!

| Okay, I've got a new goal!!! I want to lose 10 pounds before my birthday (9/20) and I am going to be cheat-free for those 37 days - even while I'm in Vegas!!

| VEGAS baby! guess what... when it comes to what you EAT in vegas... what HAPPENS in vegas DOESNT STAY in vegas... it follows yer rear home *L* good luck on the challenge! drink alot of water... take a vitamin ...might even do green tea and or ACV... any little help you can give yourself... ;-) |
