My kids were home on a snow day today and I had a ton of things to do this AM so by the time I was able to BF, I was starving! I had to eat and so no BF today.

That is wonderful Kerry!
This really does work if you can be constant with it...

Hi Everyone, I'm joining this great group. Thanks for inspiring me to try this. I went to the library and got the book. I read it yesterday and I did the breathing and positions this morning. I am worried that I am not doing the stomach roll-up correctly. I exhale, inhale, exhale and then I just sort of suck my stomach in and hold my breath. I'm not sure my organs are rolling up! And I don't feel like I've created a vacuum when I release my breath. Do you think I'm doing it correctly? CC

Welcome CC!
Are you doing it on an empty stomach? It is really crucial to do it before you eat anything.
Be sure to exhale all the way. Kind of force it, then suck you stomach in and then UP. If you practice, you will get it.

I did it today!! Yeah me!! Is it because my kiddies went back to school? YES!

Welcome CC

It doesn't sound like you are doing it right. There really should be a "rolling up" of the abs -- it makes a hollow right under the ribs, right in the middle. And when you start to breath again, it really does feel like a vacuum! Are you sure you are exhaling completely?

It takes a bit to get it worked out. We'll help you

Blessings!

Oh, and I did mine again today. I normally alternate between BF and LC Jumpstart, but my ribs have been hurting and thought they needed another day of BF!

So wonderful to see such great results!! I'd LOVE to have that "jeans now fit" experience. Just have to get more disciplined about doing it EVERY day. *sigh* I'm trying, I'm trying!!!

PAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!

Kerry,

That is great!

I only was able to do a few breaths this morning as I'm not feeling very well

Tomorrow I'll be back!

Blessings!

Sorry you aren't feeling well Sharron. Take it easy today.

I did mine again. I like when it is an everyday thing. I hate weekends! I think I would be farther along, if I didn't have stop on those days my family is home.

Good job everyone!

Jen, I do mine in the bathroom when everyone is home!

I'm starting to feel better. I should be fine by the time I have breakfast. It was just those STTOOOPPID chips! (explanatory thread in everything else forum)

Blessings!
